But Im honestly scared that I'll log on and find myself globally banned. Can anyone give their two cents if this happened to them? Post your beta patch too.

I believe it's possible for server owners to see CD keys in their logs.

Especially when I login when they're all at night after everyone is done playing. Proceed to loot corpses of the bloody aftermath.

Hi, I use Dxtory and Sony Vegas Pro 11. Below is an example I've recorded (accessed by link only) in order to see how it looks on Youtube. I've used guides to optimize Dxtory/Sony Vegas Pro 11 for youtube. When recording your game, it's important that what you're recording at matches your ingame resolution, which also matches youtube. The best I've found for this is 1280x720, which is also good for HD on youtube. Here's a short montage of clips. *Games in order: BioShock, Borderlands, Team Fortress 2, Dayz. *Borderlands is laggy because of the graphics requirements *I didn't optimize Dayz for recording well enough. Now I have. *Video is meant for 720p (HD) *Dxtory is also better then fraps, less of a resource hog, many more options for recording. *Also depends on your system specs, I have 4 processors, and my graphics card is an AMD Radeon HD 6620G.

I was in a firehouse minding my own business, taking some sweet sweet loot. Look down the stairs and I see a player crawling, he hears me and guns it out of the firehouse (attracting zombies on his way). Needless to say, I could feel my heart beating fast almost instantly, the fact that I knew he had a gun and was actively shooting scared me shitless, especially when he came storming back inside.

I had to literally logout and hold my chest to calm down @_@ it was that intense. Anyway, I came back and he was gone.

It's a shame you can't password it, then you'd get blacklisted.

I haven't seen, met or been killed by a hacker ingame. Why? I play dayz sparingly on low populated servers.
