If you're intent on seeing a surplus WWII sidearm in the game, I'd rather it being a TT-33 or one of it's many variants. Not to mention, 7.62x25 would be a nice caliber to have against some light ballistic vests (Level II or under).

There's probably a good reason he didn't test it with the Glock of his he'd shown in the intro... I'd rather just cough up $300 for a cheap carrier and some cheap level III plates.

I wake up in the morning, groggy, I throw a hoodie and a pair of track pants on. I head to the kitchen, put some tea on the stove and a bagel in the toaster (making very sure not to get the two confused). I turn the news on, mid 40's to low 50's, frost warning, a normal winter day in Baltimore accompanied by a dull gray sky. I make my bagel, a small slab of both butter and jelly (butter first, always, to avoid getting jelly on the butter of course), and I make my tea. I ask myself, "Maybe today is the day?", I chuckle a bit to myself... "Today is always the day". I check the forums, nothing new... join the chat, 6 online... 2 snooze, 3 away... all is quiet. #DailyHypeGrind

And what game is that? Speaking of which, who the hell holds a day and a half testing session ffs? Especially when the servers are broken for the first 5 hours. God damn you, Bethesda (or Zenimax, I guess).

I was joking around to piss him off a bit. Theres no need to come off dickish and aggressive, by the way, I didn't say anything about modding at all and I have no clue what you're going on about. I'm well aware that FN and SW aren't the same. Otherwise, the FNX is FN's average frame Polymer pistol, as far as I know. It's made to compete with the M&P, Glock, and other Polymer-frame pistols, market-wise.

This thread is really slow today, I guess everyone's just F5ing and hoping for the release. Personally, Armored Transport DLC for Payday 2 comes out tomorrow, that'll hold me over for awhile.

This would be reasonable, except for the fact you can join the DayZ group chat without being in the group or being on the group page. On top of that, he could have just locked the chat itself or even set it to moderator only while he removed the spammers. Stupid solutions to stupid problems I guess, though.

Keep in mind the M4A1, Mosin Nagant, "Pistol" (hopefully not a god damned Makarov), and the roughly 8 Melee are the only weapons 100% confirmed to be in the day one release at the moment, I'm sure there's a chance other weapons will find their way there, haven't we seen some AK Variant in a screenshot somewhere? I'm sure there's a chance that'll find its way there if they already have a model and whatnot for it. On my last rig, which was very outdated (9800gt, 4gb DDR2, E6800 (dual core 3.3ghz) ), I went from like 25fps average in .98 to like 17fps or lower in the 1.0 Beta.
