    We have also rolled out a new install in the TCAdmin. You will be able to install DayZ 1.7.2.3 + Beta 95208 + BE 1.61.9xxxxx

    It should be up now. It must have crashed when the heartbeat script didnt restart.

    This is because the server it was on is stuck. We have sent a ticket to all the datacenters to check all of our server and power cycle the ones that are not up. I do apologize for the hassle. I understand that you may not be happy with HFB. We are short staffed and managing as best as we can. We are currently waiting for one of our admins to come back to fix a part of the TCAdmin which will install everything in one package instead of 3. This is the last post I will making in this thread as I will let it run its course.

    Please try checking your control panel and restart it. If this does not fix it. Then put in a ticket and I will see what I can do The updates were not during this restart. The updates will be coming after the hardware is upgraded.

    We cant control the desync The HIVE is the central database every DayZ server has to connect to in order to get player information (location/items/ect.) as well as vehicle/tent data. When the HIVE is having issues, servers suffer because the server has to wait for a response from the HIVE before it can continue.

    All the servers should be back up. If they are still down, please put in a ticket and we will do a power cycle on them

    No this should't do that but I cant say I could be wrong. In order to get everything wiped on a server, you would have to reset the instance ID.

    TCAdmin is the control panel that is used to manage servers. Hosts use it to install them and clients use them to manage their servers. For the hive issue. Once TCAdmin comes back, I will check the servers and do a manual update myself.

    It will be coming. On a side note, our TCAdmin is down and are waiting for it to come back up EDIT: It will take about 10 to 20 minutes for some and others may get hung up, which we will power cycle them.

    1/4 Seattle and all Atlanta restarted. Restarted Thats what I got hired for :D I cant rush them or make it go any faster. We are doing this manually and there is only 5 of us logging in through RDP.

    We are just going down the list of all the machines. So I cannot predict which servers are being restarted except by location. We are on Atlanta atm.

    Sorry didnt see this. The limited access should be fixed after this hardware update. Dont take my words exactly but we as a host still have to hold up DayZ policies. Thank you for your feedback.

    I will probably have to pull the files off my server, as I dont see to be having any problems with my dedicated server. Thanks for pointing it out.

    To add a little note about "Its HFB". We have over 400 servers and its not every server that is broken. Sorry if I come across wrong to anyone, this is not my intent. If you could, get a few servers that are not having issues so I can look them up.

    This has to be with the hive as those files do not exist on the server. Is this with HFB?
