I have been running the betas on my test server. So far its been pretty stable. The battleye globally banning people has been fixed. I just saw and update in my chat about it. Here at HFB we threw a disclaimer on the updates stating that its not proven to work dayz and support with it will be limited.

There are a lot of changes in this next release. I have made it now where you can install multiple instances (up to 6) with the option to still uninstall them with the same .exe or .msi. There is a bat file included to start servertools.exe with BEC instead of having to start it manually. You need to go to the main menu and check to see what version of dayz your running. If the servers you are trying to get into are 2.5 and your running 2.4, it wont let you. If your six updater/launcher, you might want to switch to using steam to launch or dayz commander. Reason for this is because Six launcher does not support the new version of 1.7.2.5 and dayz commander does. Also dayz commander does not force update your client if you dont want to. You can also look for IP:Port with it also You can update your files manually by putting them into the @DayZ\addons in your arma 2 operation arrowhead install folder http://www.mediafire.com/?r3j9kf5xo80n4nb

I use to do that, but I needed a server list with optional updating. Its pretty nice and even shows your server when its not querying

I am able to load into any server running the newest files just fine. For some reason DayZ Commander and Six Updater are not updating the dayz files right. Here are the steps I took Downloaded the newest beta and installed it - http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php Download the dayz files manually and update them - http://se1.dayz.nu/latest/ I have an alternate download link if the download speed on that is too slow.

The update should work now. There was just a mad rush of connections and the server couldnt keep up. 90% of the servers have updated when they got installed

I am running it just fine so far. I havent seen any complaints on my server thread and its only crashed once

Currently working on a fix for the arma crash. For some reason when the server crashes, it likes to leave the pid.txt behind. I am making a temp file that will store the task list and search for the arma server .exe. The only issue with this right now, is it wont with multiple servers. Reason is the task list will show the same arma .exe and will be tricked into that its running when that specifc server might have crashed. I am currently working on trying to rename the process of each arma server to have a specific name.

If you are in RCon like BERcon and do say -1 hello the user will need to be sure that they are responding in Direct comms and you should see it pop up. I have done it multiple times. If you want to message a specific player you can do say player# message and they will have to respond in direct comms
