yeah that may well be your problem, use the 94876 beta, im not the expert on steam install's you need to PM zammyman if you have problems, or post here and i'll make sure he sees it :)

Roscoe, which beta patch patch are you using? did you get your game from Steam?

Nice man, just glad that we got you fixed up and on, I found a tractor last night too and crashed it into a wall was stuck and could not get it out again :( fun though lol

There is alot of stress on the servers atm, altho I have not encountered any of these problems, try doing the manual install and not Six Launcher, use the 94876 beta and download all the files from the dayz site, doing this fixed all my problems, Six Launcher (imo) is just a massive dick. Ok, boys and girls, None Steam update for y'all, was just able to connect to the DE servers using this method of manual install, Download the new files from :- http://dayzmod.com/?Download Unrar them and drag and drop into the addons folder within the @DayZ folder, example:- F:\Bohemia Interactive\@DayZ\addons The servers are busy so expect delays on "Loading" or "Waiting for character to create" Just so you all know I have not updated the beta, Still using 94876 Hope this helps, good luck

1.7.2.3 / 94945 Trouble Connecting

the new release is either Rammed (so many folks trying it) or just broken, still using 1.7.2.1 and 94876 these work fine for me (AmraX user) and there are a load of servers running this combo. for guides of how to manually update/downgrade dayz steam and none steam check this out :- http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/30306-armax-problems-thread/ good luck guys and girls :) -

This is normally a problem with the Beta number you have, check the server title and make sure you are running the same number as the server.
