    lol yes I was at the wrong airfield. Im at the NE one now and yes that is indeed a skyscraper lmfao.

    If you log out too quickly after using your inventory the changes may not save. If your server hopping scum as some here have admitted to then you deserve it. I recommend you go and hole up for 5 minutes at least before logging from a server if you have made any change to your inventory especially if the server is laggy or full.

    Logged in and had a scout around, no new building to be seen :( there is a hellicopter crash site 200m west of the south baracks tho, Fal, medical supplies and assorted junk. Found an old push bike, goin for a spin.

    L for laser sight as well, only visible with night vision.

    Its a pretty common glitch, a server restart or changing servers usually fixes it.

    If I'm on the coast and low on bandages I will kill a noob rather than crawl into a town and spawn 30 zombies for sure. Same goes for pain killers.

    Maybe in the first few days of an extinction event people wouldn't kill on site but given time things would change. I reckon inside of a week when all the food stores are looted and whoever is left is armed in some way then it would be a ffa, hell I would put heads on spikes around my property and eat the remains.

    First you need a map http://dayzdb.com/map#2.074.099 When you first log in it will tell you where you are in the lower right corner of the screen, take not because it only shows briefly. Clouds in Dayz always move towards the east. When you do finally find a town read a road sign and use it to find your position on the map.

    I actually logged onto a low population server yesterday in the middle of the forest and wondered why I was in 3rd person........I wasn't, I was running along behind a sniper who had all the same gear as me. He died poor soul. It might be rare but it does happen, only an idiot logs of in a populated area.

    Why do you want to reduce pvp? I actually kinda like the idea but you need to take it further and be able to use the blood as lube, mmm enemy blood the best kind of lube. Also you should be able to refill blood bags from enemies.

    Grats I have been looking for a DMR all week to complete my night sniper kit. Go looking for a tent city and you will likely find nvg, run up the western side of the map and your bound to find tents.
