The idea that your char stays behind after you log out for a certain amount of time is rubbish and will never work. a 15 second wait until you can log out seems reasonable if you cant get another shot on someone in 15 seconds then they deserve to escape :D

I think it would be funner if the zombies were like in the book World War Z (Slow) but my computer probably couldnt even handle 3000 zombies and to make slow zombies a threat youd need loads at every single area.

if they ran right at me i wouldnt have a problem but they always run off like 90 degrees then come round and i suck at shooting from the side :D

You guys are all so paranoid about other survivors. it was the middle of the night and i had loooads of supplies and a half decent weapon and i ran into a barn with 5 guys with makarovs and like a tin of beans. we teamed up and didnt shoot eachother, Ive been killed by survivors as many times as ive been killed by bandits, and anyone who says that bandits being removed will stop them trusting survivors..probably didnt trust survivors anyway.

TL;DR I want to be a bandit but whenever i find a survivor i find myself just stalking them or if they see me typing friendly and offering supplies if i have spares lol...

If you kill a bandit you should get a bounty hunter skin sounds cool. its exactly the same logic as if you kill a survivor you get a bandit skin. by bounty hunting he means killing bandits, or didnt you actually read the suggestion?

I like how half the people who replied seem to think it is immature or something? The Mod includes all types of people.. if you have no issue with Bandits knee capping someone and using them as bait then i dont see how you can possibly have a problem with a clan declaring war, Also the accusation made by the Legion person is completly uncalled for, just dragging someones name through the mud without even getting your facts straight. 1. This is a realism mod, so if one group of people dont like another they are totally justified in fighting them. 2. DayZ war sounds fun. 3. Haveing a war on a game is not childish, unless you consider playing the game childish and then just gtfo.

Me and some Survivors just got trapped in a barn by a sniper. whilst i was slightly annoyed at loseing my hard earned supplies the sniper didnt seem to be overpowered, we died when we looked out windows for too long and i died when i climbed a tower and used my flashlight (Im an idiot right?) but we killed one of the bandits and all we had was one Winchester and like 4 mak's (it was night btw)

I try the EU servers and if they dont work i just go try an american server. they arnt in as much demand at the time i play and seem i easily find one without the waiting for server response. its only like an extra 50 ping for me,
