*snip* I understand your concerns but i really recommend you give it a try. The 'grouping scructure' does throw up some interesting discussion/debate on the ugN forum and that is what i like about these guys.....flexability, everyone has a say and if something isn't working it will get changed. Like i said give it a try, if you don't like it then try another group/clan/community. Stay safe.
