Wouldn't work with certain things currently in the game, like all the people popping boners over putting razor wire everywhere, blocking buildings and whatnot. I wouldn't be very happy if I logged in and didn't have a toolkit to find myself trapped in a building, server hopping is the only way around this at the moment short of hoping someone comes along with a toolkit that decides not to shoot you on sight.

If it's possible to change it so that it can be destroyed by melee weapons (at the expense of causing a bit of a racket) then I'd be happy with that. I don't mind it so much if it blocks something off to me, but by the same hand when I log into a server and find myself trapped in a building and have to server hop to get out, then yes, that's pretty shitty

It's become obvious of late that there's no room for hesitation if you bump into another survivor, I'm pretty trigger happy and my first murder was in a situation where I was surprised coming round a corner and didn't even need to think about it really. I do tend to hunt people in Elektro/Chern who run around ringing the dinner bells and killing other people on sight (i.e. the idiot bandits) just for shits and giggles. But if out elsewhere and I can get eyes on someone before they see me I either just avoid them completely or initiate communication depending on my mood. I've received the same treatment, been killed by people who appeared out of nowhere and they were quicker on the draw, and I've had people talk to me who I've not seen, Outside of Elektro + Chern I've never just been murdered in cold blood.

Could be just coincidence but I've noticed a huge increase in the spawn rate of the various AK weapons since the last update, 9 times outta 10 say have picked one up from the nearest firestation after spawning.
