Fun adventure times on Pathera Island. Mostly just clips of messing about as I often to forget to start recording when I get into a fire-fight. Includes an attempted motorbike jump over a downed chopper.

I spawned near SAKHE, get some basic gear and head south over the mountains. On top of the mountain pass I find a Humvee with 2 dead bodies. I grab a M4A1 CCO and some equipment then continue south. I got pinned down by a sniper in Huzrutimam but managed to escape in to the hills. I move east to the south airfield and see a figure running about the barracks. On our way to Stary Sobor we spot 2 downed helicopters right next to each other. I collect lots of FN-FAL rounds and go to town on the Zombiloids....... ... after visiting Stary Sobor we head south towards Chernogorsk and spot 2 more downed helicopters right next to each other! I've not the best of experiences in trying to be friendly with players, but I decided to try extending the olive branch more often and putting the result on here so that others may learn to trust one another.

One of my proudest DayZ moments: Taking down a sniper who has Thermal scoped AS50 (Hacked weapon). http://youtu.be/cOK4xbkvHaQ I had earlier been killed by a hacker with an automatic crossbow. I met up with two buddies (Ferret and Sporcket) and head north for Stary Sobor. Travelling east of Zelenogorsk we took sniper fire from the slopes of Green Mountain. Two of my comrades were killed as I zigged and zagged into the tree line. Another friend (Cheapy) attempted to flank them from the east but was taken down with what sounded like an AS50. With 3 friends slaughtered, honour demanded that I track and slay these foul bandit scum. I flanked away to the west and entered the forest on the southern slopes of Green Mountain.......... Connor and Mal were put down like pigs in the forest (See video) ......... One of the players I killed had an AS50 with a thermal scope on them which explained the ease with which he had engaged us. As this is a hacked weapon I destroyed it but also managed to mess up my inventory management and lost the M16A4 ACOG (which I later learned is also hacked so good riddance) and Czech backpack. I got away with GPS, NVGs, DMR and stacks of consumables which more than made up for any disappointment.

Fair enough. Someone on our clans forum said it was. Now I'm even more gutted that I managed to loose it.

Fun and games with survivors in our 2 buses.

After spotting a sniper in the tower of the El Villion ATC I decide to rush with only 5 minutes left until server restart.

He had a map that I missed but saw in the video :( I was kinda pumped up and just wanted a swift exit as the server was about to restart and I didn't want to lose what I already had. I've died plenty on Lingor but it never takes too long to get tooled up again.

A brief summary of an evening driving around Chernarus in a Mini-Van and Bang Bus + other antics.

It is our server: UK929. We had a Ural, Red Car, Hatchback, Pick-up truck, Mini-Van, Bang-Bus, Motorbike and Quad all within the last few days. Unfortunately a server restart dissappeared them all back to their spawn points mid game :( (well there was some bad driving too). Vilayer has said that it is a hive issue and that it is being worked on. Here's hoping eh?

A night-time incursion into Stary Sobor turns weird when I find I can't see the tents and pass straight through where they should be. We didn't need any loot though but the Bus on the hill was a welcome find. http://youtu.be/oiMu0dV1OqI

Fair play but my buddy could see the tents even though I couldn't. Would have been hilarious if someone was hiding in the tents eh?

A hapless coastal cutie learns not to accept lifts from strangers. Immediately after this we drive down the coast and picked him up again. Poor bugger.

No evidence on who hacked us but I wanted to post this anyway: To the hackers: I still have the L85A2 AWS and have changed my name. :lol:
