No matter what there will always be the 'best' gun. Whether its the best of a crap lot doesn't matter, people will use it and want it to gain an advantage. This is realistic due to the fact that military equipment can be found especially due to the fact that people use this in order to gain an advantage over others. I guarantee that people would indeed go around killing others in a real-life apocalypse and like-wise people hunting for the finest weapons available to them.

Wow. I am still able to get on the server thankfully. Where did you guys get with the vehicles, I will grab them and stash them away from these idiots! At least admin abusers wont get their hands on them.

Even if it was HACKED in, only suspicions are that Banksy was the hacker, it would be hard to confirm who hacked the heli in if this was the case.

Hey, What happened: There were 5 of us at North-West Airfield, we had one spotter who saw 2 Heli Crash Sites on the runway basically 20-30m apart. We were all in close proximity to the NWAF so the other 4 headed over to sus it out, kill whatever we had to, loot and then get out of there to head back down South. We spotted a guy in the Control Tower who was 739m from my position, I zeroed my M107 .50cal to 700m and put the cross-hair on his head to account for the bullet drop. Let fly 2 shots, both appeared to have gone right through him. Assuming I missed, I watched him go down stairs then run past the Fire Station, 10 minutes later he was at my position and shot me in the back - fair enough, would have been an easy flank.etc however I was sitting in a bush and it wouldnt have been exactly easy for him to see me from 700m+ away and pin-point my location, but he did and I assumed he was lucky. The other 4 attempted to find my body - by the time they got there he was gone and so was my .50 obviously ;) 15mins later 3 of our 4 zoned in on the Fire Station, the same guy who killed me walks in firing. All 3 of them turn around and one unloaded a whole clip of MP5 SD rounds into him. No bleeding or anything occured to him, he then proceeded to kill all 3 of our guys who were in the same area. So two seperate people put a large amount of damage on him without him taking any damage what so ever, no broken legs, no death, not even bleeding. Just a bit odd and seems he was using the invincibility hack and possibly other hacks to find the location of other survivors. I have died to some glitchy things in the past, this one does take the cake though. As mentioned, when you PAY for DayZ itself or even ARMA 3 which may have DayZ mode incorporated then you have every right to be totally infuriated, but please remember this is in Alpha and if you play this game you can expect bugs to occur. Just post on the forum the type of bug and invest your knowledge so that in the future when DayZ standalone is released it is free of bugs such as these. :)

Same thing happened to me :| I had Camo earlier(before the patch) spawn in, did not have Camo. No biggie as I had only had it for a day and heard that I may lose some items after patch. Thankfully I only lost that. Then I spawn in today(after switching servers maybe 2 times throughout the day and ran for 1hr). So I spent plenty of time playing DayZ today and then all of a sudden I switch out of the server (Seattle 163) in the forest away from any zombies or people. As I spawn in I see that somehow I was killed. Then I was spawned in the middle of debug plains with the same blood level, zombie kills, headshots.etc yet not a single piece of equipment. I had the Mk 48 Mod 0, Coyote backpack, Rangefinders and m24.... I was pretty well stocked up after surviving 12 Days, then this. Killed by a bug :(
