Third time poster, long time lurker! :D Was curious if there are any medics out here interested in having in-game custom profile info (press P while playing) and medic logo (also appears on some vehicles)? There aren't very many people who's using squad.xml's and I thought it would be nice to see more people with them, especially medics considering they can all use the same logo. While you can host your own XML I'd be willing to add people from this forum. The only downside is you can't edit the info or change your name, but I can update them on request. Here's what the logo would look like. If anyone wants to make a better one, be my guest. I'll use it instead. I'm still running into transparency issues or it not loading at all (it loads my old logo instead). Does ARMA load png files or does it have to be 'paa'? Now to add your information. For security reasons, please PM me these details! Example: Player ID = 654984154 (fake) Player Name = Spaceghost (CASE SENSITIVE!) First Name = Real Name or Whatever Email or Custom Info = My Steam Community Info, My Email, TinyURL to DayZ Forum, Etc. IM Info (MSN, Skype, ICQ, ETC) = TS Server: 84.125.10.11 Quote, witty remark, etc = Don't murder me, bro! To find your player id, go to the main menu, then click player profile, then click edit. You will then add the URL that I provide into the box shown above. URL (enter this exactly): http://www.djcyphers.com/dayz/medic/squad.xml If everything goes right, you'll have your custom info and medic logo in game! Not to mention there are certain vehicles that will display the logo for others to see. The URL will not work until I enter your data in first and upload the finished squad.xml! Changing your name will cause the logo to disappear, but your custom info will stay intact. Please be patient as I add people and make changes to the list. I just tried the web-interface out. It works! Going to migrate a folder, setup a password, and do more testing.

I also use a different tag, but the medics are impressive! They helped a friend of mine before, Parsa. So I'd like to help out too, somehow. I will contact the good doctor soon. Have just been busy fine tuning the logo's alpha channel. It should be finished now.

I'd like for this to be as trouble free as possible. It's a good idea. Maybe there could be some exceptions. I'll allow people who PM me a chance. If someone complains and has video, they will be removed from the XML file. You also can't change your name, since you'll lose your medic logo. It should be easy to show video of you and the medic in an empty server getting murdered. Obviously it'll be harder to prove with more people in a server, so please get assisted without people around. Personally, it doesn't seem like this will be popular enough to become an issue. Granted I have signed up three people so far! Ok, that's nothing. But, yay!

Hey, survivors! Thanks for taking interest. Let me try to clear a few things up to make it easier. I'll recap on what's been said too. Your information will appear in the players tab (press P), just click on your name. Your custom info (medic tag, witty remark, name, contact info (ex: TS Server), and medic logo will be displayed. When you enter a vehicle like a UAZ or Ural, your custom medic logo will appear on the side for other survivors to see. Also, as DooM4MR has mentioned. It might be a bad idea posting player_id's! Haha. Yeah, people can pretend to be medics if they really wanted to. Hopefully they'll find other, more creative, methods to kill people. Yes, I use it via Dreamweaver. About 7:30pm (-8 GMT) a full 50 player server was nuked and everybody in it killed, including myself. Wtf?
