  1. Yeah having run into a group of survivors, one of which was low hp, dragged his unconscious body away whilst the other shot zombies that came at us (bro) Of course, he woke up before I could release my grip and both of us ended up being stuck to one another. Being a fresh spawn with this character, didnt lose much items to the zombies that eventually overwhelmed us. Logging in and out did not fix the problem. Any tips for future encounters with this bug? I wonder if those 2 made it out alive....

    It has mutated

^you're right Memory blank, however I do believe the chance to do so is very rare? edit: Are you sure you weren't attacked by a zombie around the time the infection started? Cause that would explain it.
  3. Red_Sky

    It has mutated

Mfw sickness has always been caused by weather and temperature, not zombie attacks, in DayZ Learn the game before you join the rest of the forum on unnecessary trolling.
  4. I meant surviving the hackers and script kiddies. I play day z on inferno difficulty.
  5. You're an idiot. Doing this would "fix" the "hacker" problem but virtually destroy the game itself. A survival game with godmode. likesrsly.
  6. Espescially with the Arma II engine, we give everyone a default set of current hacks and just wait, new scripts come in and change everything again.

What will make DayZ a better Mod?

Well yeah mass effect 3 was created in parallel, however the original was developed for xbox, so he has some leverage on that point that really does not help his argument in any way at all.

What will make DayZ a better Mod?

You might want to recheck my post, took a while to upload a sc2 image up. No, that "That's why we get many games and rich content on counsoles and nothing on PC" As quoted by you. We didn't get lucky. this is normal. Though it may be glorifying both sides of the consoles vs pc but it proves as long as games like mass effect exist, PC gaming is at the least, on par with consoles if not better. PC gaming isn't dead and not also that. PC tech is ahead. (console or pc is still your preference which I will not argue with) FYI: I could list so many more games, DotA 2, Guild Wars etc etc, but hey...its 4am now..

What will make DayZ a better Mod?

Yeah? well I will, not because I can, but because you need to hear the truth. As for 1 and 2 If you say that, then we're going to assume you're discarding this? Since the 2nd post contradicts the first with the focus on gaming utilities.

    THANKYOU I'M HERE ALL WEEK.

What will make DayZ a better Mod?

1 and 2 were not answered. and if they were just quote your answers back into your next post or tell me where you answered them. 4. Not a counter argument. accusation of hypocrisy that you will have to answer for; Are we focusing on video game related fixes or overall hardware quality? 3. Trying to use someone else's use of language against them doesn't work when you can't even adapt to apply it in your own sentence, not that it matters, but more importantly, an obvious dodge.

What will make DayZ a better Mod?

do you see me yelling "fuck you, you're an idiot" (despite it being blatantly obvious) You're dodging my counter arguments. Let me break it down for you; 1. Why does it matter if the military prefer PS3 for virtually non-gaming reasons? If you answer this for the overall quality of hardware, which you did in a previous post; 2. You said it yourself, your focus is gaming related fixes 3. Your source are Blogs, they may have truth, but they are written as someone's opinions. Relating back to question 1, opinions that are irrelevant. 4. Don't think that I don't realise you're a troll. I am still hoping that you truly are this stupid though.

What will make DayZ a better Mod?

Read them again (Lower half of page 2), they're obviously not questions. They're counter arguments, just like the ones you asked for. More importantly, advice and accusations of your lack of knowledge and hypocrisy

With most people as silly as you, I would've stopped a long time ago but. You complete me.

OH BABY JUST WHEN I THOUGHT YOU HAD THROWN AWAY THE TOWEL. edit: I have 3 other posts that are meaningful. reply to them. Not even kidding. its 3am and I can't sleep.

What will make DayZ a better Mod?

You haven't replied to my last 4 posts for when I proved to you I am reading what you're writing. And that you do not know what you're talking about. I'm not forcing you to choose PC's over consoles. I'm not even telling you directly that PC's are better. Just do not run around an online forum rambling on some shit you found from a Blog (not even some official tech/gaming related site run and checked by many, a BLOG) and declare your opinion as facts. Theres enough scrubs around here to make a tv show.
  17. Well the fact that they need to see me before they can smell me (according to this topic) kind of throws that idea out of the window. With skyrim's stealth system, I'm talking about they need to make sure its actually an opponent before they start yelling and unsheathing weaps. you grind against the concrete stone wall, the zombie on the other side already knows you're human and is running full at full pace towards you.
  18. Red_Sky

What will make DayZ a better Mod?

The very reason why we're talking about this is for gameplay related fixes. It may be part of the overall tech, but its for video game fixes that you listed. And I'm not even being picky yet.
  19. They don't attack other zombies obv. I assume even a zombie's mind needs a small amount of time to recognize that. But then again, very few games have ventured to that area, so I really do not want to go into it, since the only game mechanic I can relate to is the Skyrim's Stealth system.

What will make DayZ a better Mod?

Well you're not giving him much to work with. because the things you did post were in fact, BULLSHIT

What will make DayZ a better Mod?

This only tells me that PC's are FAR more efficient with energy consumption.....

What will make DayZ a better Mod?

I read the link. it is for used by the military. Not gamers, not going far to say that no soldier is a gamer, but It is talking about cost-efficiency, not gaming quality. Like you said, PC tech is being upgraded constantly, its no surprise they're just...well...better.

Let it go man, he's beyond our saving. troll or not.
  24. It is the point, however a hidden identification system would be more realistic, requiring zombies to take a little more time to figure out if you are friend or foe if they find you, depending on distance. Not sure if it'd be good for gameplay though. Also; very easy to sneak past them, just gotta be out of their field of view. distract them by firing a sidearm around the side of a building or throw a flare if they're watching several points.

What will make DayZ a better Mod?

l0l. Let's ignore the troll and get back to topic; I like the idea of dogs, but not the dog itself, rather a different type of loss in Day Z. item / vehicle / character loss all affect me differently.
