I'd love for this to be implemented. Just imagine coming across a large area almost completely fenced off with wire and barricades while being overgrown and have skeletons, tents, and small make-shift shelters all over the place. -

Go into your steam library>right click arma 2 OA>properties>local files>verify integrity of game cache Do the same for arma. Just re-install if non-steam. -

Pretty sure uh1y is the model of chopper crashes. Probably a corrupted file, try verifying your game cache. -

What makes this the work of a hacker? I didn't see one hacked item in those tents. Easily the work of a few people

So I wanted to use the editor in arma 2 to train myself a bit for pvp sniping in dayz, mostly very long range shots without the use of rangefinders. But whenever I try to place units in the editor the menu to place them doesn't come up when I hit f1,f2,f3 etc. Anyone know what I might be doing wrong or what the problem is? Thanks in advance! :beans: for those who can assist me.

Did you save them? Scroll menu over the vehicle/tent and hit "save _______"?

Seems like a reasonable idea. Set up a few empty cans at your camp and after about an hour or so of rain you got yourself a nice bottle of water.

What sort of things are included in your day to day activities? Do you just PvP, loot the airfield, find vehicles, etc. Or do you sometimes go off the beaten path and try more ambitious things like setting up safe zones, trading posts, fortifying a small village or castle and other stuff like that? -

Yes they do, they only spawn in the barracks and are rare as fuck. -

Just found my first AS50

I found a chopper crash with 2 as50's and an m107 yesterday, each as50 had 3 mags of NATO rounds. I nearly shat my pants, afterwards I replaced all my m107 rounds for the as50 I already had with the NATO rounds. Sure it's less ammo but I'm probably just going to be using it to take down vehicles anyways seeing as how I play almost exclusively at night. -
They were already in the game. They spawn near farms. They wear a hat, a black jacket, and black pants with some whiteish print on them.

G17 is a bit better due to it's flashlight, lower noise, and better iron sights. That being said the PDW is just fun to have and can take the larger PDW mags in addition to g17 mags and any type of m9 mags.

Join unpoplulated servers or private hive servers. Also dayz is in alpha, not beta.
