New error guys..I was connecting fine the last couple days but ever since this morning I get stuck waiting for the host on every server I join..anybody else having this problem?

It's a well known issue and the main problem with the new update. You guys could try the experimental hotfix 1.7.2.1 that's available for download on the announcement board.

Guys try using the hotfix. you can find it on the announcements board.

If anybody else was having the problem I was, I simply unzipped the files again and it worked again.

Hey guys, I was one of the people that could not get past the black loading screen, so I downloaded the hotfix, and hot diggidy dog it worked! I got to play the game for a couple hours before I got disconnected from my server. When I tried to go to another server that was supposedly running the hotfix, it tells me that I can't play because I'm running 1.7.2 when I should be running 1.7.2.1, but I know that that's not the case. Anybody have any ideas?

Well, it WAS working like a charm. I tried to rejoin my server, and it says that i'm running 1.7.2 instead of 1.7.2.1, but ten minutes ago I was just playing. Obviously I already downloaded the hotfix since I was just on that server. Anybody else having this issue or know how to fix it?

patch works like a charm! hadn't been able to get into a server for the past few days, but this did the trick.

Yes I am. I thought there might be a problem with it because I installed it myself, so I removed the files and let sixupdater install it for me. After I did that I still got the same results.

I tried this, but I came across way too many issues. First it said i was missing content, then it gave me error codes about a bad serial number. I'm just going to wait till they sort out the issues with the current update before I screw things up even worse.

?I'm still getting stuck at the loading screen. Are other people still having trouble?
