If he's able to shoot you without you locating him, should he be punished for it? If YOU can shoot another person without said person can't locate you, SHOULD HE be punished for it? No. BF2's sniper system was awesome, you had to safely locate where the sniper was, and now in BF3 you can just scan the horizon for glints. It's just like nametags, pretty much. -
Get a pair of NVGs and stalk and help people through the night, just like that Batman guy.

Dsylecxi made a mod for the Little Bird that enabled passengers to shoot off from the small metal boards on the sides. Something like that could be done to, say, the white pickup and at certain speeds (to simulate the bumps when driving), the accuracy is lowered and increased.

I haven't encountered a cheater in what, one or two months? btw satchel charges and M136s exist, along with the M203 and the M203 HE. -
They do make less noise, but they do the same damage to zombies. I'm not sure against human players though.

I found a guy sitting in the ATC tower once, unluckily for him he was blasted by my M4. -
Must have been a server with an unofficial HIVE, hence why you were "born again on the coast" and then when you came back to an official HIVE server, you got your stuff back.
