    Like the idea when the item is in toolbelt and not consumed. This will add "a bit" more realism into the game. Nice one!

    I'm flattered. :P Just helping fellow team mates. :) Anyway, I just got sniped at NWAF. Shouldn't be around there after server restart, there would be so many server hoppers. Lost my NVG, GPS, and M249 SAW. It hurts but life goes on, so I've learnt my lesson and start over again. Hopefully this time I can survive for the whole month. :P

    Have you run ArmA2, ArmA2OA, and ArmA2CO at least once? No need to play the game, just get into the main menu and exit. If you've run all the 3 arma2 and there's still no BattlEye folder, you can just ignore it and continue to step 5.

    Sorry, I was busy doing my job in RL and sometimes I went to the game to have fun with my group. Ok, so... There should be "UserData" or something like that with transparent folder icon after you show hidden files and folders. You will find ArmA2OA folder in there then you will find a BattlEye folder. Then you can follow the next instruction. :) LoL WuT? Thanks a lot! I love beans! :D They saved my life a lot of times in Chernarus. :P

    You can add Chad and ask him to join, but I think we're currently scanning our current group now to see that we can trust the whole current members. Anyway, you don't need to offer anything to us. We're not silly players who ask people to offer in game items to join the group. The only things we ask are your loyalty and mature attitude. We hate betrayers more than hackers. We need someone who can be fully trusted to watch each other's backs while having fun. No fighting over good loots, no drama, no betrayal. We only want trusted fun team mates in the group. You'll be tested by our trusted members and you won't know when the tests begin and when it will end. :P

    Erm. Another lesson learned: Never drive the car if you can't see the road clearly. We've lost many vehicles due to many things, so I'm ok. I've never had a settlement before, so moving throughout the map on foot is just like coming back to my old playstyle. :P Don't worry 'bout the cars, we have a long list of dreams to achieve in Chernarus. :) The most important thing is... "Hey, at least we have the fun, right?" :D

    Just remember, the variables aren't only betrayer. There are also glitches, bugs, hackers, dedicated treasure hunters, server hoppers, and lucky guys.

    SG #00: Possible Hackers Banned

    At around 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM GMT +8, one or two hacker suddenly teleported the whole residents to the debug field and starting to kill everybody. The Head Admin locked down the server and checked the log then found 2 entities who are still in the game and alive after the killing fest ended. He banned the 2 of them. Their IGNs were batman and... I forgot that one guy's IGN. Maybe the Head Admin could post his IGN here. The Head Admin banned them and restarted the server. Is there any way to check for their CD Key or their Arma 2 User ID somehow so we can report them officially and find their scripting proofs to get them a global ban or the Hive ban?

    1st, hackers are the ones who still in game after the hacking begins, 2nd, hackers are the ones who still alive while everyone dying. It's not 100% accurate but it helps a lot by narrowing the possibilities.

    You're welcome. :) It's an awesome idea if players can make their own defenses and must defend it at all cost from zombies and bandits imo. :D

    Yea, We had a chat during the server crash. They said they were friendly. I feel bad to shoot at them. :( But, yea. Lesson learned and we'll be more careful next time.

    DMR, can be used with NVG, up to 800 meter, easy to find mags, zoom in / zoom out scope, 1 or 2 shots to kill player and 1 shot for a zombie kill. Not the best sniper rifle, but it's one of the most versatile guns in the game.

    Write down all their IGN and perhaps you can try checking the log to ban the hacker.

    Killed by 2 survivors cause we thought they're bandits and opened fire. I shot the whole mag right in the chest of the ghillie suit guy but that guy said I missed. Dunno, maybe caused of server lag or something. Lesson learned: When see someone, try to ask in game if they're friendly or not. If no respond in 5 seconds, open fire. Sorry, Freezing and Master Wong, the survivors we shot at. And sorry for UbiGorenk and Bochup for getting you guys killed. We really need to get on mumble for less voice chat lag.

    Ok, I think you can proceed to the 2nd step and the rest of the guide then. Make sure you at least run your arma 2, arma 2 oa, and arma 2 co at least once. Please post here again if you get any problem. I'll try to help you. :)

    I'll vote for this idea. Having a campfire with the insects and owls sounds around is simply awesome. Reminds me of when I was camping at a wild mountain. :)

    By doing step 2, I assume you're a Steam user. If you're a Steam user, you might want to verify your game's cache so the invalid files would be re-downloaded by Steam. Also, can you tell me what have you done so far since your fresh installation?
