Hello Everyone, I have been playing DayZ for quite a while now and have seen it all. Bandits, heroes, griefers and n00bs, driven every vehicle, flown a chopper, sampled every delicacy from boar to sheep, been tent city hunting and even set up some of my own and even engaged in some clan warfare and you know what....ZZZZZZZZZZ i'm done with it all. Now before you misinterpret I am not finished with this mod just yet, in fact it's quite the opposite I have decided to use my over the top stash to embark on a solo campaign to aid every mofo from the US to Europe (sorry Australia but my ping won't allow me to come there), whether they be nooblet just starting out, or some pro who recently got prison loved by some (ahem) l33t h4xxor. And with this marks the beginning of the Jack of All Trades Company, a solo effort to arm/re-arm all the fine citizens of either Chernarus or Lingor Island, be you bandit or hero or still undecided i can help YOU! I am basically offering to trade any weapon, any items, basically anything and if possible may even be able to get vehicles to those in need (with the latter obviously requiring a lot more time and effort to achieve). All you need but do is to post on here, or PM me if you feel safer that way, anything you would like and if it is within my power/stash i shall see it is yours as quickly and efficiently as possible. Though be warned, i do not service those in private hives as i will not be able to access my stash within them and for anyone on Lingor there are some servers i will not be able to service either. Now you might be thinking this is some sort of trap, let me assure you it's not, just one guy trying to make a name for himself in this cruel and desolate place, as inspired by Dr Wasteland MD and his team of medical staff. All i ask in return is something as halfway decent as what is requested e.g AKM for NVG's just won't happen, M4A3 CCO for NVG's is a little more up my alley, though i will also accept beans as a form of payment, just cause, I love beans =). I mean who doesn't, right? So this service is effective immediately and as a show of good faith i will be handing out a free pair of NVG's to the first 5 people i trade with so it might be a good idea to request something else, and if you feel satisfied with the service be sure to tell your friends and some forum bean love will also help boost confidence in future transactions. Also, one last thing, i find myself also up for a bit of bounty hunting in my spare time so if there's some douche that you want offed, PM me their name and last known server and I will do my best to ensure their end and will try to provide screenshots as trophies for you to mount on your desktop. Though let it be known i refuse to hunt hackers as Godmode is not my friend. Happy hunting to you all!

agreed, this has been something i been wanting to do for a long time but just had to wait for the stash large enough to really get it off the ground. it may take a while to really get the ball rolling but i know there are some decent people out there who need gearing up =)

So one of my frequented servers recently placed a 24hr ban on me for possessing a TWS. Not gonna justify it, just simply put, I FOUND IT IN ONE OF THEIR TENTS!! Just wanted to remind everyone that even in 2012 there are still some major fucking hypocrites roaming around. If anyone wants to know what server i'd be happy to reveal but if rocket has any heart in his standalone he needs to not let 12 year old skiddies buy servers regardless of the income so that they get upset when you raid their precious camps that took them all of about 5 mins to copy and paste into the game. #retarded

Very true, i (and my team) have had a lot of servers closed down due to abusive admins, namely for stealing their vehicles or killing them whilst always providing evidence and to be honest i'm tired of it, that's why i'm not bothering. This one however left me stunned, it seems the admin has done his job properly by banning me for having them, what i don't understand is that if they ARE that dedicated and they ARE checking the logs to verify suspicious activity then perhaps cleaning up his/her server of all these hacked weapons would also be a priority. But they haven't which can only lead me to believe that they are his or his clan's. I just hope Rocket leaves his servers out of the hands of the public as they will just get abused time and again.

one moment, so does anyone actually take the time to read someone's post before flaming them for bitching. as i have stated, the fact i got banned doesnt bother me, there's thousand of servers to choose from. my point, ONCE AGAIN, is that as i've not heard how rockets is going to structure the server system for his standalone i HOPE he doesn't do it like the alpha BECAUSE people, namely hacky people, can abuse their servers to the fullest and then punish the guy who just happens to catch them out and take their shit. I REPEAT, i just find it ironic one can get banned from a server for having a hacked weapon, found on that very same server, during that very same session. My question to you all is this, if everyone gets banned from this server for having a hacked weapon, how did i just happen upon one in a tent city on that server? plus the whole getting banned for picking it up just seems a little hypocritical, just saying. Never seen so many peeps defend a hacker owned server before, damn!

They got camps in a few spots i have found so i can really only assume it would be the server owners. Besides i haven't killed anyone on that server in the last 2 weeks, nor do i alt-f4 plus the message came up clear as day saying what the ban was for. I really don't care enough to get the server banned or whatever as i will just play on another one it was more to the point of allowing people to own servers being a bad thing as you will get unjustified examples of this everyday. More to the point i just find it's ironic how i can get banned for having a weapon on a server i found on that very same server, doesn't add up to me. Also i saw 47 satchel charges. Hoard skills level 99, me thinky no mate. uhhhhh..... I don't get how i'm being a hypocrite. You wanna know the truth? Never had one so yeah i did wanna give it a go. I didnt spawn it so why should i care.

My friend was the one running US 1888 and he closed it after all the fuck ups with 2.5 as he didnt wanna pay for a game our team could no longer play properly.

The only thing i say is that bring on the slower running, bring on the headscarf who cares, the only thing i would like to see is more effort put into the bandit skin. Leather jacket maybe?

Let's take a look at that word "legitimate" for a second. You knew the location due to forums, You "ghosted" into their base using another server, had 10 satchel charges (cough) DUPE (cough). Need i say anymore. I'm a bandit and even i think this is just a sad case of butthurt revenge.

Anyone else unfortunate enough to have gotten the new patch? Downloaded it an hour ago and now i can't play with me buddies, and there's only 12 servers that have it on. If i un-install, will i have to re-download it through steam or is there an option to just re-install the game without having to do that?

well last i check 1.7.2.5 doesn't save to hive so stealing vehicles and scavenging has become pointless. admins used to be able to but not since 1.7.2.5 i dont think

Guys i like what your doing and may find myself requesting a visit sometime, keep up the good work. To all the guys who are trying to ruin this experience for them, now i show no favoritism to either side, but if your gonna use a forum to find these guys then don't complain when you get abused by an admin. Meta-gaming, it works both ways.

Not been one to take much pride in my bandit antics, but since the 2.5 update scavenging for pretty much anything has become pretty pointless so me and my team have decided to hit up the PVP scene. One such story took place earlier tonight involving a clan who's tag i can't quite remember. Me and my buddy are in Elektro school where i kill some dude running around within to see that he's a clan member. I check the player list and see 5 other guys with the same tag and think shit, something's about to go down. And it does, seconds later we are getting hit with suppressed fire from an unknown location.Now i knew they didn't know my buddy was with me as he didn't get to fire any shots nor did the victim look at him so my guess is his reinforcements will swarm only on my currently pinned down location. I take a peek out one of the windows to confirm my thoughts, there was a sniper on the hospital roof. I keep a close eye on him, my buddy watches the stairs and before you know it, one such member runs up and attempts a suicide mission by trying to frag me during the chaos. We quickly dispatch of said player, and i narrowly avoid the blast of the frag by sprinting away. 2/6 down. At this point all of Elektro's finest Zeds come flying toward the school and we are now panicking (slightly) and begin trying to form a plan. I decide to throw a smoke grenade in hopes of distracting the incoming zeds for a short while, only better, i manage to get it right behind the hospital where the ladder meets the ground and after taking a few pot shots at the sniper, clipping him, he panics, tries to escape only to meet his doom at the hands of zombies. The un-distracted hoard continue to pile up the stairs, the 2 of us unload bullet after bullet into these zeds and whilst my friend dies, due to gunfire from the window behind him, i manage to get another smoke grenade off at his dead body in order to prolong my life. Funnily, about 50-60 zeds just fill up one end of this corridor as i keep a low profile, hoping they'll leave after the smoke clears. Only better, the remaining 2 clan members must have come in to finish the job and end up summoning every zombie upstairs down onto them and a few gunshots later i see there 2 names added to the list. My friend gets a lucky Otmel spawn and upon running back to loot his corpse gets chased by the final memeber who only brings a hatchet, and before he has a chance to axe any questions, i put a slug into the back of his head making it the "Full Monty" Then we get 'hacked' i manage to escape but a huge explosion claims the life of my teammate seconds after he recovers his items. Now i cannot guarantee who it was but half the clan disappeared after that massacre and a load of scripting errors appear in the bottom corner as 2 of them try to log back in, which i find awfully suspicious, so i concluded that they got butthurt real bad and decided to cheat to take us on after failing to do it like real men. Justice was served however, as i went AFK whilst still sat in lobby, only to see that all the players on their server got wiped by another hacker and restarted meaning all the bodies became unrecoverable. A sad end to a great story. Damn butthurt hackers.
