No, to add to the realism I believe. CZ's are merely hunting rifles so they wouldnt have the protection a military sniper would use on, let's say, an M107. But still, this idea is crap.

Precisely. In a post-zombie Apocalypse, I was never trust a single person unless they wernt armed, in which case i'll leave them. It's the same concept on this game, if someone has a big gun, then they have it for a reason. More often than not they will fire on first sight. I have never came across 1 guy that I trusted to not fire at me, even my clan.

Age - 21 What role are you applying for in this clan - Sniper How much experience do you have playing Dayz - Alot, I have died with practically every weapon/clothing and know all the major parts of the map. Do you have ventrillo and a working microphone - Yes. Are you a serious player works well with others and doesn't mess around during missions- I do it currently, however my clan is failing. -------- 1) You have just respawned near cherno and make it a goal of yours to enter the city to acquire basic supplies. As you get closer you hear multiple gunshots and sniperfire, you notice only 1 person dies. What do you do from here to get in and out as safely as possible? Simple, fast and zig zag. If you hear gunfire, try to determine what gun, where from. Same with the sniper, find out which gun he has. Knowing the guns is the first step, knowing where about they are is the second. I'll try and bait a sniper shot, find his direction and keep on his blind spot (snipers nightmare). The gunfire coming from the street depends on what weapon, short range shotguns/subs will mean I need to keep out of CQC as much as possible, so i'll avoid any tight building with missing loot. If it's AKM/M4A1 etc i'll just keep fast and avoid open areas. 2) You are playing as a heavy assault role, and as you are running with your 5-man squad near Stary Sobor, you hear a single sniper shot and 1 of your teammates gets killed. What do you do from here (and retreat is never an option)? Try to find out who died. If it was our overwatch, then i'll throw smokes and zig-zag through them. If its one of our base pushers (Medic/Mech/Leader) then i'll call our sniper to his gunfire, and get him to watch out for the sniper and try pick him off. If he can't, I will go out and bait a shot from him so our sniper could see the muzzle flash or hear the gunshot and possibly take him out. (All overwatch should be equip with thermal scopes, they are invaluable in searching for snipers, especially ghillie suits with SVDs.) 3) We are entering the city of elektro to give assistance to a wounded teammate located in the store. You are told their is 1 nearby sniper with range of the store and 2 nearby riflemen, all who are attempting to finish off our comrade. You are in command of a 5 man squad and must help him + eliminate the threat. What are your orders from here? Order the overwatch to watch the hills (Again, with thermal). the heavys will rush in with smokes/ignoring and avoiding hits from zeds, whilst also keeping a close eye out for the riflemen. The medic will come in sometime after with the mech in a vehicle if possible, unless the sniper has a m107/as50 (vehicle busters) in which case the mission will have to be done fast and on foot, with the change of heavy going in, with medic and mech behind him. These questions need more circumstances, depending on the sitution its hard to give an accurate response because all the weapons mean different approaches. however I did the best I could with most situations covered. Boosh. Exactly what he said, his brother (stabbing needles in every bit of showing vein in my body) eventually got the morphine in me, next was the blood. Oh dear! I nearly lost as much by all the puncture holes by his blood needle! Jokes aside, brilliant couple - really fun and rewarding (Found 2 crashed heli sites in the same server within 20 mins) Recommend these guys, close to the chuckle brothers! hah.
