I've currently got an M9SD which is pretty rare according to that loot sheet that's flying around. It is also the single best weapon to have ever. It enables me to keep my AKM for chaotic zombie slaying or PVP but I can sneak pretty much anywhere and take out Zombies if I need to without alerting the horde! Found mine at North East airfield, also found my AKM there, North East airfield is under rated! Never had any issue with players there and it's super easy to scout it out from the high ground before you go in. Not as many hiding places for snipers as NW since N / NE and West of it is below the airfield itself.

It is definitely possible. 4 rounds from my M9SD did break all the windows. Can't tell you whether I fired them all into one window or not though.

In Arma 2 it takes ammo M136 and i believe you have to have 1 in your inventory but I could be wrong! Switch weapon to M136 and see what is says. -

I think vehicles spawn using the BIS function "BIS_fnc_findSafePos". This will ensure they don't spawn in/on buildings or whatever. _position = ([(getPosATL _object),0,100,10,0,500,0] call BIS_fnc_findSafePos); apparently this function has a tendency to spawn things in the middle of the Island if it fails to find a safe position (or something to that effect, there's a post of BI forums about it). So maybe find the center of Chernarus and they'll be a vehicle graveyard lol! p.s I am not an amazing sqf scripter so the above may not even be correct but it looks like it's the code to spawn in vehicles.

If you're bored get yourself killed and go participate in bean wars on the coast. Makarov duels are great fun and you might even bag yourself some good loot. Better yet, find a tent, stash your stuff then go and have fun. I'm just waiting til I find a tent then i'm going on a night special forces mission carrying nothing by my M9SD and a few clips.

So. Loads of ganking/PK'ing going on around the good loot spots. Lots of discussion on here about it. I was thinking would anyone be keen on meeting up at a specific location at a specific time on a server and all going to loot the airfield together? We could all potentially get some good loot and if there's a big enough group of us hopefully any bandits won't be so forthcoming about opening up on us. Stupid idea or is anybody up for it? (I am already playing with a group of 5 others, and I know [LEGION] are friendly and a big group. So I think we could get around 20 people together.

I always carry morphine, painkillers, epi pen, blood pack and any other med supplies I can get. If it's that bad I suggest you get yourself killed and start a fresh with 12k blood and go scavenge for good supplies (hospital roof in Berezino is good for medial supplies). Medical first. Weapons second. It took me 10-15 minutes to get there from Elektro spawn, picked up an Enfield on the way but didn't need it cause I was careful. I guess if that kind of thing isn't for you then this game maybe isn't for you.

I agree with what you're saying Owneh but still think it would at least be fun to try. When it's all done we can build a fire and tell tales :D -
Yeah I think it's an issue. This is still in alpha though so I'd expect the devs to be well aware of this kind of thing and probably have full intentions of fixing it.

Killed 3 bandits tonight. I have 0 murders or bandit kills. Any idea why? Was on NY3 server. (Also, I assume the guys with the balaclava style head dresses are bandits right?).
