I agree with the OP. whenever a zombie aggros on me I seem to bleed immediately, so I am having to either deal with the zombies, and more that come when I shoot my gun or run away to a building to get 10 seconds to bandage, all the while my blood is ticking down. So it is very common to go from 12000 blood to under 5000 by the time you get bandaged. For a solo player this is basically a death sentence. 100% agree with op, damage should be coming from the zombies themselves, not from an overpowered bleeding mechanic that you cannot deal with unless you have 10 seconds to bandage up. However I do like the bleeding mechanic, it is very cool in PVP when I notice I have bleed my opponent and take cover. He either will come at me while I am in a superior position, bandage himself while I get close and finish him or sit there anticipating me attacking and bleed to death. But for PvE it gets very annoying.

So I was thinking about what this game really is. Theres basically 2 real threats in this game. There are zombies which are not too hard to deal with in all honesty but can fuck you up if you get careless. then theres other people, which we all know is the real threat. The biggest thrills i have had in this game have been pvp fights. Everytime my heart starts beating so hard, I get an adrenaline rush every time I go into combat or I am stalking a group waiting for my perfect moment to strike. However a lot of people feel this is just how the game is now, a glorified deathmatch with zombies scattered around. My suggestion would be to implement a new threat to players. NPC's which would provide a serious threat to survivors but offer great rewards. For Example, Military teams that drop into areas on the map as random events. These guys are haz mat teams trying to clear areas, exterminating zombies are survivors alike. They would have the very best equipment, great AI and teamwork and if they catch you alone you would have very little chance of surviving, let alone taking them out. When this happens people would be willing to make alliances in order to go after these teams, after all they would be carrying a lot of high tier weapons, gear and possible vehicles. This would bring players together and give them a challenge equal to or greater than pvp. Bro-ops will be made and permanent alliances formed. I am sure there will be people who will tag along with the group for the rewards, with the intention of killing the allies to horde the loot. And frankly I think thats great. It's what makes this game so amazing and real, you face threats constantly and trust is hard to earn. I posted this on 4chan and similar ideas were posted, such as air drops that survivors can fight over or Boss type zombies. Thanks for reading my post. If this went on Kickstarter I have no doubt it would raise millions. I know I would be very willing to pay for a $100 reward if I liked it cause I love htis game so much, and for all the time I have already played on the ALPHA id value at 100 bux! Please get on this Rocket, you have a winner!

I like it, I think its silly to be able to tank zombie hits in any game, as in pretty much all popular media the zombie virus is always contagious. I also wish it was headshots only and slower zombies... and about 10x more of them. And they wander the woods aimlessly.

I had a M24 for a while until I got sniped, only managed to snipe one zed with it before I died but god damn it was an accurate rifle.

My humanity is about -22K and to be honest I wanna see how low I can get it now. I am sick of going solo and not having anyone cover me and would like to operate with others. Altho I'd prefer smaller groups for fast attacks as it is my preferred style, I feel that going all out in huge numbers is a bad idea.
