    Right back at ya. After five or ten minutes of solid teabagging (Which I should have recorded), we decided to warm him up after being left out in the cold rain for so long. Then, I left him a single tin can on his body. Just in case you didn't know. And how could I have neglected to include these from a few weeks ago? I'd hate to make it a contest, but meh, do what you want. I'm just keeping track.

    Another thing is that you guys knew about the stockpile code named 'Walmart', which is what we used in TS. It's just for general supplies and stuff, it's not like there was epic loot there. Funny, how you guys knew about that while we never, ever, saw any of you in our TS. Then when we return the favor (Didn't take too much effort either) and listened in, you guys get pissy. Go cry me a river. You guys talk about there being so much butthurt here by TGers, when you're the ones making page and a half posts about there being a TG conspiracy, most of our people exploiting glitches and all that bull, please. The only thing you guys are doing is embarrassing yourselves. Begging the mods on here doesn't exactly work either. http://images.t-nation.com/forum_images/6/7/67c6b_ORIG-I_Ain_t_Even_Mad.jpg

    Pfft, from what I remember today, someone with a burst fire AS50 shot me in the back after I secured a pickup truck. Like that's fair. And the day before, I got killed (again) by someone who happened to be in Lopitino at the same time as me, with a thermal scope, and had terrible aim. He couldn't hit me running and I should have known that so I wouldn't have made the mistake of stopping at the tree line and trying to get him back. Hit me in the legs, and while I was on the ground, he hit me in the head. Lost my ghillie and camo suits as well as an AS50 I found. I play by the TG primer we established, I didn't alt F4, nope, nothing. I took my death like a man. As for evidence, I think this, this, and this are pretty substantial, like you said. You have a bit of motive, and apparently get 'banned' for no reason at all, even though the reason is right there for all to see. Enjoy your time off~

    DayZ Stories

    Today was the first day I've played in quite some time after I talked to my clan about DayZ. I didn't know they had a server going and thought, "Hell, I'd probably last longer if I played on there anyway. I've got some friends in high places and they'd be happy to help me." But it turns out that I didn't exactly need their help. Spawned at Cherno and since the last time I played, I expected to have a gun, morphine, painkillers, etc, like I usually did. Nope, I was stark naked but it was day time! I wasn't completely screwed...yet...But I found the grocery store of Cherno and the first thing I found was an M1911 and a lot of ammo. A good start, but the more I looted the store, I found a hunting knife, Czech pack, hatchet, watch, food, soda, and other things to get me going. 'Pretty bad ass. I've never had this kind of luck. Usually, the zombies would have found me and got me, but I'm doing well.' I thought to myself again before running into a zombie in front of me. One shot and he's down. Thus began a mini-love affair with the M1911 and it's one-shot kill glory. I continued around the town, looting like I normally did and the entire city was vacant. No snipers, no survivors and barely any zombies. It was downright strange, but I didn't mind it at all. At some point, I came across an AK74 with two clips of ammo, had an accident and changed my pants. Then, behind the apartment that I was about to look into, I saw a cardboard box. I didn't think anything of it, thinking it was just a prop and approached it anyway. What I found was 10 bandages, 5 painkillers, 5 shots of morphine, 5 blood packs, and 5 epipens! 'HOLY FUCKING SHIT! GAIZ! GAIZ! GET OVER HERE BEFORE I DIE!' I yelled on Teamspeak, because that's something that happens to me; zombies find me, knock me down and eat my delicious brains because, well, that's what they do. I grabbed what I could, mainly blood packs, morphine, epipens and painkillers and hoped that I could help my clan out with the newly-found supplies. They didn't want any, which was odd but I kept them anyway. I then followed the road north, to Kozlovka so that I could find a bus that I could drive around, but it didn't spawn so I continued to Drozhino. I looted a barn I found there, which had an M3 Lee and three clips of ammo. Then I became incredibly stupid and thought, 'Hurrf durrf, I'm gonna kill me some zombies with this extra ammo and leave my AK behind.', which would have been good had I remembered how loud the Enfield was. My first two shots were fine, but the third one aggro'd the entire town and I could only chuckle like a fool as I ran back to the barn, giggling to myself as I went up the wrong flight of stairs to find my gun. I didn't find it, but the zombies were polite enough to walk up the stairs as I shot them. I promptly ran out of ammo, quick grabbed the Winchester that was conveniently there, along with fresh ammo and finished the rest of the zombies off. With only 2000 or so blood left and fifty zombies dead, I crawled to the other side and told my buddies on TS that I needed help. Within ten or so minutes, they came by and got me going again. Again, I offered blood packs as payment, but they refused. Finally, I wandered to Zelenogrosk to look for more ammo for my M1911, but quickly found out that going there is usually a bad decision. I did manage to lose the zombies chasing me by running in between buildings, but that was pretty much it. I made it to the grocery, again, for some more ammo and food, and also found a map. But now, I was worried about my AK ammo and went to the power plant south of it for some. That was a mistake. As soon as I aggro'd one and shot, I got the entire yard of zombies barreling towards me! I couldn't draw my AK in time to help deal with them, and died trying to change weapons. My buddies were nice enough to drive to where I died, but the only thing they recovered was my pack, none of my other goodies made it. :< But this leads me to my second life where they picked me up in their jeep and drove me to their base camp! I got restocked, rearmed and seems how I was probably going to get myself killed anyway, they just gave me a Winchester. They dropped me off at Palvovo again and I didn't realize the jeep aggro's zombies, so as soon as I got out, they attacked me. My friend made a second pass and ran over some of them while I made my daring escape...which I did. I got away and then meandered around the area, just goofing off when I found her...the bus... I got in there as fast as I could but her engine was out and she had no fuel. I told everyone I could on there, asking for parts but they didn't have any, so I set out again to the power plant in Zelenogrosk again, and managed to get all the zombies this time. But when I decided when the gas station was a good place to look, I got swarmed again after I opened fire and died yet again. So what did I learn from all of this? Well, I lack a lot of foresight and when zombies start chasing me, I shouldn't exactly fire at them to ensure my safety. But wait! There's more! The last time I spawned, I decided to just hit up tree stands...well, aside from just getting general supplies. After I finished up looting the three around Bor, I run South like an idiot so I could raid the airfield at Balota...but a quarter of the way in and down a hill, I found some tents! Five of them, and among the things I found, there as a M107, ghille suit, M4 CCO, DRM, GPS, Coyote Backpack and a motorcycle was hidden nearby. My reaction;

    DayZ Build 1.6.0 Rolling Update

    All right, I'm getting pissed off by the servers. It's nothing client-side, but the server version doesn't match my client and I've updated to 1.6.0.1, LIKE the server is listed. So, after all that time of finding a server to connect to from the ones that don't match my version, the server isn't the version it's listed as. I probably shouldn't complain about it here, but after joining a 1.6.0.1 server with the normal 1.6.0 and being rejected, I'm basically screaming "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!!" at the server lists. -.-

    I'm sorry...

    This goes to my friend that followed me around for a bit and the person I tried to help. I was too low on health, and that first zombie swipe knocked me the hell out. I saw him try to get my gear, but the zombies were just a swarming us. I don't know how you died, but after I got up, everything was blurry and I couldn't tell what was a person and what was a zombie. So, I apologize if I shot at you, aggressor of the horde, and I'm sorry to my friend, for not protecting you. However, I do recall the aggressor shooting me and killing me, so if that was deserved, all right. If not, your ass belongs to the horde anyway. >:P

    The Spectating Crow - A happy little accident.

    Aw, drat. I had this happen to me today and I thought I was the only one.
  8. is there a reason to "discus" 2 games with ZERO resemblance in theme and gameplay? I think he just wants to find out why people just can't get along. OP, I think you already know the answer to your question and have wasted forum space and people's time with this.

    WTF is happening to the server community.

    Again, sarcasm. The idea of this was to completely surround the coast with this zone. If you see someone camping that area, walk to a different one, crawl through a forest, something. It's not that hard. Sorry my post wasn't sarcastic in any way, I was merely pointing out a hole in your original point. Now that you've further explained how you'd like this to work (which would work) I still wouldn't agree on making this change to the game. Safe zones in my mind ruin the whole point of the idea of a survival mod. The thing I love about this game is that you can get murdered at any point. I'm a fan of using the environment to try and escape these kinds of problems. Night time for example is the perfect time to move away from the cost, and people tend to be more friendly at night, because everythings so much more intense. But any way, your idea makes sense in the context of what you want, but I feel it would detract from the original vision for this game. That was the whole point to my sarcastic suggestion, to ruin what makes this game so intense. People are always complaining about spawn killers and, to me, don't know how to deal with them. Like I have said before, I've never, ever ran into the issue of spawn killing. In fact, I started joining at night so that I could crawl away in case anyone was camping where I spawned in. To me, it's a non-issue. I have more problems with the zombies taking me down than with the people I meet. Let me make the analogy here; bandits prey upon the newly spawned, the spawned cry to the creator, the creator does nothing and defends that this is the way it is intended, and people start complaining on the forums. Seriously, we're not a bunch of kids. Whenever I die, I join a different server. It's that simple.

    Quote the whole paragraph rather than just that bit. All I'm saying is that you can't have your cake and eat it too. I like that constant feeling that you can be killed for any reason at any time, but I decided to go to one extreme so that people can see how ridiculous it was. Apparently, this is 'such' an issue that we need some sort of hand holding in place or something that silly. /sarcasm In all seriousness, if this is so bad, join at night and crawl out of spawn. I guarantee you that you won't die that way. ;)

    WTF is happening to the server community.

    It seems like every thread I look at, there's always this 'People camping the coast! Someone do something about it!' thing going on. Personally, I have never, ever ran into this sort of situation. There was nobody camping where I spawned in, and most people I've met near the coast were friendly, including some of the bandits. The only two times I've died by a player's hand was when I startled someone I was working with when I rounded a corner, and when some asshole shot me in the back five times when I never asked him if he was friendly or not. I can see the 'Bean wars' being a problem, but like I've said, I've never had it happen to me. There is a possible fix to this, how about we set up a zone of cease fire? In this area along the coast, whenever someone points a gun at a player, they can't shoot at the player or perhaps the bullets don't hurt the player. This makes the whole spawn PvP a non-issue and forcing players to get along until they go further inland. Go ahead and call me a 'carebear', but if it's this bad and hand-holding is necessary, do it. As for zombies being no threat anymore, I disagree. Often, I'm by myself after I just spawned, in the fricking dark, and I just get raped every time I enter a town to stock up on supplies. Even when I had my Winchester, I knew all it would take was one zombie getting the jump on me and I would die. Maybe I'm just a loner, but christ, I'm having enough problems trying to get on to a server that's day. Shouldn't the days be longer now?
