The guy clearly knew the rules, he broke them anyway. The rules are there for a reason, that's why he was banned. All the sorries in the world don't mean a damn thing, when you break the rules, you accept the risks. I for one do not want people like that in this community. Playing devils advocate is all well and good, and i applaud you for doing so, but this situation is very cut and dry, let it go.

I usually cook up some animals to regain blood instead of blood bags, blood bags are for sissy girly men. Jokes aside, blood bags being so good gives hospitals value, and hospitals being in short supply makes going near one for supplies a calculated risk, this in turn creates interesting gameplay. -
