I did the right thing and got rid. Precisely so I don't have to deal with hackers, they're one thing, but they don't come here and bleat about the servers and the bleat about the way they are run.
That's an extra £80 in my pocket to keep DRINKING!

This simply is not true. I have never hacked or cheated, yet i am banned.
any admin can report you to the cbl by falsifying the logs. they are submitted as a syntax report and can therefore be easily edited.
I have been removed form the cbl since i was added to it, but i have no idea where i am supposed to contact vilayer.com to see what ban list they are using or how i may dispute my ban.
What you say is true, but then by implication you are saying an admin took the time to 'frame' you. I'm sorry I just don't buy it.

The filter files catch the execution of the hack AFTER THE EVENT only BE can prevent and ban cheats as they happen. It takes time to write detection code for hacks, so get checking those log files.

This whole game is wrote in code so its REALLY easy to hack. And this is alpha remember that.

I've been thinking about buying own server, but i've been reading that vechiles ain't respawning? Is there anyway to avoid it?
Vehicles do spawn, there is an expectation from some admins that they should reset on upgrade/re-starting, which is wrong.

Would make their life easier too if they could be contacted directly.
I think their lives are made easier by not putting that information on display :D
But you're right, it should be good practise to let people know how to contact an admin for a server.

It'll be around. I thought there were shenanigans on our server as the chopper didn't spawn on Skalisky for a number of days (8+) eventually we found it in a clans camp at Kelm.
