I agree with your ideas, I'm not sure on the implementation, but ways to achieve this can always be thrashed out with testing. Personally, as much as other forum commentators are tired of people trying to introduce humanity into the game, I'm tired of their idea of chaos in the post apocalyptic world. For starters no one truly knows what would happen. We have evidence of lawlessness in regions plagued by war and yet we see communities and people rally around to create a society in which people can live in peace and help each other. Yes there will always people who remain outside of society, becoming lawless outcasts. The OP suggests those players would not be removed and they can continue their murderous ways, the people who want to develop a lawful way of playing have no tools in their arsenal to do so. With that I agree it is something that should be developed. -

The lack of clarity in creating a system that supports a degree of humanity over chaos, causes people to kill at will. Until such a system is in place the game will continue in its current format and unlikely to change due to the immense amount of bugs they are working to fix. -

I know, from previous interviews, that Rocket wanted to keep the HUD to a minimum but it would be good to see a scheme that permits players benefits/penalties for a particular path they take. If someone wants to be a bandit and chooses that path then they gain rewards of their chosen profession, if others want to survive and help other players then a mirror system should be put in place. Refinement of what constitutes a murder and a bandit kill should also be worked on. -

@Millandson I've run many servers - it doesn't mean that we would kick players, we play within the requirements of the mod and always have done. It means I disagree with the reasoning and the sentiment. -

I don't think the spawn rate is the problem, it's getting to the loot with all the zombies around. I've spent my first 4 sessions running like a lunatic picking up a zombie train. -
