A survivor survives by helping themselves and possibly others. A bandit kills people for their equipment. A ganker kills new players for the hell of it. -

Combat Logging & Cheap Shots in DayZ

As stated in a previous thread - Alt+f4 is a system command - there's nothing you can do to prevent it or stop it. -
You have to think that someone would just hot wire it if they didn't have the key. It could introduce a level of delay into stealing vehicles. If you have the key the vehicle starts straight away, if you don't you get the option to hot wire, which could take a random amount of time, say 2-6 minutes.

Can I suggest if people are going to use Fraps, they buy it. I've used Fraps for years and the guy will give you a perpetual licence if you buy it, it is complete value for money. He can't make much money from the program and he continually develops it and keeps it up to date.

Run into a building - easy to shoot or take them up a hill, you zig-zag - they walk straight - turn and shoot. It's not that hard.
