The problem is you're looking after yourself rather than the wider community. Locking a server is a simplistic approach to the cheating problem, although why BE requires a server to be open to perform its checks seems strange. -
Who knows, if it's not global try another server - if it is, contact BE.

I find your comments a little naive. It's almost as if server administration is a new thing. Gamers & hosters have been using RCON for many years, yes you will get the odd idiot admin who will kick for the sake of it, but generally the people are honest and just want to game in an safe free environment. Lets be honest "how do exploits get recorded", only idiots that use public cheats are getting detected, those that inject their cheats into memory are being completely ignored and a free reign to carry on. -

If BE had a screenshot facility or MD5 checks then yes. As it is we would have to rely on video evidence, much like PsB introduced. -

I don't know why - takes 2 minutes to create a new forum in IPB. -
I don't know whether you're right but the description manages the pattern, not that my frames start of at any great rate in the first place. I can normally maintain 24-26 on first joining the server, after a period time (say an hour to two hours) it will gradually drop to 8-15 FPS.

The fact that BattlEye relies on blacklists is the fundamental flaw in the way it operates. Lord knows why they went down this route when create the BE engine is beyond me, but experience from other cheat engines has shown that the only way to create file checks is to use a 'white list' check. The 'black-list' method can be easily circumvented by minor changes to the script file data. Looking into BattlEye I am becoming more and more frustrated. It's hard not to come to the conclusion that Bohemia created BE because they didn't want to pay for the PB superior engine. Don't believe me? Remote repositories: BE: no PB: yes Screenshots: BE: no PB: yes Custom MD5 checks: BE: no PB; yes White-list: BE: no PB: yes Aside from rudimentary file checking which can be circumvented by injecting scripts into the memory, BE is utterly worthless. We're x amount of years down the line since Arma II was released and they chose to use BE, unless someone creates a secure checking engine that can integrate with BE nothing is going to get better. This is where the expertise of PunksBusted or PBBans would have been invaluable. Sadly the efficiency of those sites mean they come under attack a lot from the cheaters and spend a lot their time fending off denial of service attacks. PBBans are in the process of relocating their data servers and PsB have been down for so long, no one seems to know if they'll be able to come back. It's a sad state of affairs, you can't run anti-cheat on a shoe-string. Until we see a joint effort from many of the game producers to develop a broad anti-cheat solution then we'll end-up with this sporadic shotgun approach where platforms try to implement their own solution, the cheaters circumvent them and the honest gamers suffer. Many of the injections used by the cheaters are re-used across the anti-cheat platforms, which goes to show how easy it is to do. I wish they would form a coalition, a combined effort to create a cross-platform, multi-check, secure anti-cheat solution, however they seem to busy trying to save money and engaging in a pissing competition about who's anti-cheat platform is better. Sad times. -

There's little information on the BattlEye website - but it would be good to get a knowledge base going (perhaps an anti-cheat forum?) for configuring custom checks (MD5) using BattlEye (if it even has that feature?). -

There is an option to re-install BattlEye when launching the game from within Steam. Not sure if that's part of the 'everything' you have tried? -
Annoying Random FPS Freeze

I'm adding my tuppence worth in. My FPS is around 8 - 15 running a GTX 670. I've tried dropping all the settings gradually to low/off/default with no effective increase in FPS. Something is wrong. And before the usual finger wagging at the system: Lots of people are reporting the same thing, with a variety of specs The majority are saying this occurred after the 2nd to last patch - the same for me -

"u mad bro" has to be one of the most tedious responses you get on forums. The OP has a point to make and it probably comes off the back of being killed several times by a weapon [he considers] to be overpowered, so yes 'bro' he probably is a little cheesed off. What he doesn't need it to be patronised by a pedantic keyboard warrior. With regards to the original topic, I tend to stay away from Cherno/Elektro so haven't come across this problem to any degree, although I am of the opinion that the better military weapons need to be toned down significantly. -
