As hackers are generally banned the next time the server admin checks the logs, I can't see that bit of it changing any time soon. I guess it will make the game run as intended, no more bandit camps with shed loads of AS50's stuffed away for a rainy day (NWAF farming).

I thought I was just being a moany twat, but I have to agree with this. Oodles of deer stands, 4 runs of NWAF and loads of buildings and the loot just isn't the same. Were there undocumented reductions in loot spawn?

Your server can run without it (not recommended) so Jens is right, this file cannot bring down your server. Did you arse around with the server.cfg or something?

Is the spawn at Skalka out of date then?

Two pages of bandits sucking each other off. Ask yourself this, if there were no sniper rifles would you still do what you do? Some would, I'm sure - others do it because with the sniper rifle the danger they'll be killed is minimal. Dress it up any way you want, that's the real reason.
