    I believe the style of play in the standalone will be very much like that of the mod when it was still new to most people. Right up until the point where someone finds an exploit and starts posting about it on a forum or uploads a video about it on Youtube, that is.

    I've been shot on sight, armed or not, well over a hundred times. I still don't shoot on sight.

    Ask a team of medics for help (they have a seperate forum for requests) or accept the fact that you made a mistake. You got stuck on a sign. We've all died for retarded reasons. Spawn back in, run to your corpse and get your equipment back. Coming on the forums asking for advice on how to beat the system will not get you any sympathy from anyone.
