I noticed the temperatures for 1.8.4 are being tweaked and this is something I like a lot. I hope this plays out a bigger role in survival like hunger and thirst is.

I don't understand why you don't gain humanity from a bandit and yet we lose humanity if we kill a hero or survivor?

The backpacks exist in the game, they are much harder to find though.. I manage to find them all. I currently have the Czech pack right now. You find them in military barracks mostly. For the L85 I have only found them once in 1.8.2. I haven't found one in 1.8.3 yet.

Along with that, its already hard enough/depletes over time to find the things you need to gather the meat and cook it. I like this approach of having the meats increased their hunger values by double. Edit: How about an option of wiping players' injuries to prevent sepsis and gain humanity but have a time limit before you can gain humanity again for obvious reasons.

I find it easier to hunt along the coastal areas like on the hillside near Kamarovo. They're more spread out now than it was before. It's easier to find animals beyond the coast.

I kind of like the loot spawn rate being low. It really encourages other methods of survival such as hunting. It seems realistic.

I heard it's a bug when someone eats another human flesh it will broadcast that sound throughout the whole server.

What methods have you done into improving your FPS? Edit: Feel free to message me if you're still having difficulties :) It's much easier to get a hold of me there than having to look on this topic back and forth.

By any chance of decreasing the wood piles for splints? 6 seems way too much.

Along with that, I'd suggest that humanity should have a set range because most of the time, some bandits I know have a humanity of about -150k and I think that's pretty ridiculous for it to be that low and realistically it would take you a long time to get it back down to normal if you wanted to. Maybe something like -5k to 7k?

Note view is rock steady at 00:08 and head is waving side to side at 00:14 and 00:18. Gotta love that little gunfight at 6:00. Using JSRS I see ;) I really hate those bells at 8:23 that play over and over again, is that a bug too? And I think the sway you're experiencing is part of the new post processing for symptoms such as pain.

So I was playing DayZ Mod last night with a group of randoms that turned out to be friendly and at one point on our excursion, it turned to night and it was getting dark. One of them had chemlights and passed them out for us to use so we can see eachother better. It turns out that only the person who threw it worked on them and not for us. Will there be a fix for this?

Usually the servers will say that it will have custom scripts to prevent scripters from ruining the experience for others. Years ago it used to be a lot worse but now it's barely there these days.

Remove the ability of morphine to mend broken bones. Instead use morphine to prevent the chance of a player going into shock if they lose more than half their blood. Otherwise the ability to control your character goes away. Eventually the shock wears off after 5-10 minutes or so but has a chance of coming back randomly until blood level comes back over half. Important part here for me is that if you are wounded and in shock the chances are you will bleed out before getting your senses back to bandage. I always thought this was not realistic too. I agree. Morphine acts more as a painkiller. This would be great for moderate to severe pain like gunshots while regular painkillers we see can ease the pain slightly but may have the chance of symptoms of pain returning later on. Wooden splints should be the only way to set broken bones. 100% agreed. Make painkillers only effective for reducing pain effects while blood is above 50% otherwise it doesn't work or it's benefits are significantly less. In other words you have to use morphine instead. Read 2 lines above. Make the application of n number of morphine applications within a short time frame knock the player out with a small chance of killing them Don't know about this one. Can the tranquilizer darts for the crossbow be in the loot tables? Already added in 1.8.4, good thing :) Make blunt melee weapons have a chance of knocking players out Maybe a baseball bat with or without barbed wire has an increased chance of knocking a player out once it's a headshot but a crowbar should definitely be a higher chance of killing that person. Metal = more dense than wood.

Bugs With barrels on fire being an issue, I'd also like to point out a graphical bug when it comes to fireplaces when lit. This only happens right when you click the button to go to your gear menu. More than 1 bell ringing too frequently(as if next to you) in towns such as Berezino. Suggestions(completely optional) An ability to pour out water in bottles which may be helpful in times where you don't have matches to boil water.Using junk loot to continue the life of fire. I believe exhaustion should be changed to fatigue and this should require our characters to sleep for some time :)
