I like killing zombies when it comes to practicing my aim for a weapon I haven't quite been adjusted to such as the bullet drop or the scope I'm not used to. I'd also like to point out I enjoy whacking them with a melee weapon than I did in the mod. Feels a lot better that you don't need to worry about reloading that hatchet ;)

Is wind a factor in SA already? Is wind constantly blowing to the East?

At the moment it's not. Wind should be focused later when the weather is improved. -
I understand the concepts where you're coming from and I thought the medical system would be quite drastic in comparison to the mod so getting shot in certain areas would be most likely fatal depending on the ballistics and firearms. At this stage, All the weapons are quite imbalanced, even melee weapons but I believe there are more bigger things to worry about at this point. (I.E; Hackers)

Yeah definitely. I have the same thing happen to me when I played the mod. It seems that the ambiance sounds are just randomly generated without it happening from someone or something (Such as a fence rattling when nothing's there)

This is already confirmed but not implemented yet. This is something Rocket would like to see; along with an ability to commit suicide as you can see in the trailer.

What do you think of fresh spawns being able to punch?

It provides the ability for anyone to have some type of defense when they first spawn in. What if they had a bandit trying to kill them? They got fists. What if a zombie were to chase them endlessly? They got fists. And lastly, an alternative without killing someone? Just use your fists. It provides not only for defensive purposes but also entertainment that people happened to become quite creative with such as having boxing matches with their buddies to see who's better at hand-to-hand combat and while at the same time, it'll improve your skills by where to throw your punches accurately. I believe it's fine as it is and shouldn't be altered but I do wish there were more to it than punching like kicking too. (Like kicking someone on the ground instead of leaning over to punch) -
One suggestion I'd say is to validate your cache on Steam. It's been reported that it works for some.

Desync is normal to an extent due to the server's network. Have you checked your ping by going to the player menu(by clicking P by default in-game) to see if it was your latency? I haven't really noticed it, perhaps playing on a different server that's closer to your real life location could help as well.

Dragging is a good idea, not only for hiding dead players but to aide unconscious players away from combat to put them in a safer location. I remember there was quite a problem with ARMA 2 when you'd carry a body over your shoulder where the body would be dragged in the prone position onto the ground while the other person is in the carrying animation.

Welcome to the forums! :beans: I have had similar experiences like you've had. Try playing in first person only servers for that extra immersion ^_^ It's going to get better in the upcoming weeks from what I've heard.
