I have the closed preview downloaded and when i go to play, all the servers are empty and i can't join any. Have they said if this is a bug, or is there a specific time we can start to join?

I actually wish it was darker, having to use the flashlight can make it extremely tense. Remove gamma and brightness I agree with. -

The way things stand, I will ALWAYS shoot on sight at an unknown. 90% of the time I try and act friendly or communicate with them, I get killed. So now it's either them or me! -

Rocket has already disscussed this..because of the new architecture it will be a lot easyer to fix exploits and hacks. But at such an early stage in development, there are a few holes that still need plugging. It's a lot better these holes in the architecture are found now than in the final game, it's one of the reasons for the testing process

The problem is a lot of these private servers are named almost identically to official ones. This is confusing a lot of players who want to play official ones. Personally hate the idea of private servers whilst in alpha, but it's something where stuck with. -
How can people complain when they loose items like this? Did you actually read what you agreed to every time you boot up the game? Did you read the statements from Rocket regarding the release? At its current stage everyone should go by one main motto "Don't get attached to ANYTHING!"

Nametags = NO Can't think of anything worse. If you want to know who your looking at, ask them who they are via voice, just like you would in real life.

From rockets most recent post "Eventually, we would like to see these different communities on their own db running their own variations of DayZ to meet specific communities needs." That to me sounds like private servers! Well the bit regarding "their own variations of DayZ" does.Really hope this isn't the case. Can't think of anything worse than 24/7 daylight and 1000000 vehicles.

Rocket has already stated he would like it to be released on the ps4. Even if that's still the case, I wouldn't expect it for another couple of years

I prefer the loot system, though this obviously isn't a realistic game, it's definitely authentic. And in a world plagued by looting and the walking dead, you would expect it to be extremely hard to survive. Plus with the previous sysmtem people would just loot a place, run away ans lay in a Bush, then go back in a few mins, this was extremely lame. IMO keep it as it is, I'm not worried about 24/7 day light servers, as they won't happen. Not with the official game anyway. Just like it didn't with the vanilla mod. The towns could do with re texturing. Though they look good and a lot better now, fps is bad in towns and I'm presuming it's down to the textures. Surly they can be done similar to the player models right? Or maybe I'm wrong, as it's not really my field.
