    Getting kicked from the servers

Still getting kicked from servers.. Was working perfectly fine with 1.7.2.3. -Verified all my caches -Acquired newest battleye update -New Day Z update -New Beta is installed -Launched via every method available, steam, launchers, dayzcommander, sixlauncher etc etc Still nothing.
  3. You can try to fit it in your backpack itself, I think it takes 12 spaces for a primary. Or you can drop your gun and come back to it after you've finished looting. Unfortunately as of right now these are the only ways to do it.
  4. Day Z Commander has a recent server list, also a favorites tab. http://dayzmod.com/f...er-alternative/ But I don't believe there's a way to check what server you are on with the game itself.

    Admin Server Abuse

So we should just let admins everywhere close down servers, and kick people at will because our glorious MyNameIsReed decrees it so?

    Where is my motorcycle?

I drove it to the middle of the NW Airfield. Go get it.

    helicopters in US368?!?!?

They are currently disabled because they cause too much lag. It's likely that there are hackers/scripters on that server.
  8. What do you think buddy?
  9. Plenty of people have bought Arma just for the mod. Go ahead and try Arma X and get familiar with the game and see if you like the gun play and feel of the game. You are paying for Armed Assault, not Day Z, always keep that in mind. The game will go standalone eventually.

  11. There's been a lot of issues with alternative clothing over the last few patches. I'd just save any clothing you find in a tent or backpack until it gets resolved.
  12. You can try Arma X for free and get a feel for the mechanics of the game and see if you like it. Rocket has stated the he wants to for a standalone type of game, so we might not even see a port to Arma 3.
  13. In the end the hackers will still be able to get in your server if you just hand the password out to anyone. You can try to say you'll only whitelist people who you know, or trust, but then again that just sounds like you, your clan, and your buds having a jolly good time on a private server with next to no danger of being killed by anyone. I'm just a regular Day Z player, I have been killed by hackers, have been fucked by stupid bugs, but you know, this is alpha, these things happen. Part of the fun of the game is starting over. If having all of your tents, and vehicles destroyed bothers you, perhaps you shouldn't be playing an alpha. If you want to actively prevent hackers from destroying your server you could do it the old fashioned way.. say.. I don't know.. monitor the server and ban people appriopriately? ADMINISTRATE, the server, if you will. But kcbanner is right. You don't seem like a very nice / fair play kind of guy. Seriously. People who disagree with you must server hop, or snipe newbies? I don't think there's enough room in this thread for such a pompous attitude. Hackers are frustrating yes, but just pick up the pieces of your destroyed body and comrades, and start anew, gather supplies and do what this experience is all about. Survive.
  14. Because everyone who disagrees with your post must be a hacker or exploiter.
