This can't be legit... I ALWAYS use TS whenever I'm playing games, even if I'm by myself and my mates are playing CS:GO or some other game. Just because you have no friends doesn't mean we shouldn't be allowed to use VoIP. Whilst you're at it, remove dayzdb map, brightness/gamma combo and make it so you're not allowed to stream. We might actually gather information where items are and we wouldn't want that!

Yep. It's happened twice to me, once with a friend. I was on top of elektro hospital and we could hear someone walking up the stairs so he shut the door whilst I proned behind one of the red vents. I was ADSed with my Magnum, second he opened the door he was already ADSed on me and shot me but I was able to shoot him a few times. All of a sudden you hear "for fuck sakes" and server died. Assuming I lost all my gear, went onto a different server and because of that shitty server admin we kept both of our gears.

Not sure if there was another thread about this topic but I haven't seen one for a while, so I thought I would start one. Yesterday I was counter-sniping on Electro sniper hill and I was looking at the little mound beside all of the little civilian buildings, I saw a player and was waiting for him to fire to be clear he was a fresh spawn killer, as I was watching him I saw a Zombie run up to him, run through him, jump in the air about 20 meters then jump off the side of the mountain and die. Stopped recording about 5 minutes prior so was kind of bummed. By the way. I'm also looking to expand my group, so if any solo players would like a group of a few people to play with and have a laugh with, add me on skype/steam - KeyaKev (atleast 16+ lol)

15 is the maximum I would take too. You kids who voted for 30/30+ will be the first ones to cry when someone runs from elektro in-town fire station and pops you in the head whilst dcing in school. I would rather a system where you have to be in the one server for ~15 minutes before disconnection is allowed.

Another funny moment from myself - two of my mates were racing to Balota fire station and they were both trying to climb the stairs at the same time because of the race, the game glitched out and they both flung out the window and died. One of my best moments to day.

Everyone's idea of the perfect "zombie realism" game is one where you can not be killed by other players. DayZ is THAT game right now. You kids just need to suck it up when you die, it happens. If DayZ was a PvE only game they wouldn't have even bothered with finishing Alpha from the lack of sales. Anyone who thinks KoS isn't apart of realism and is whinging for an answer to get it toned down - you can't say that if this was real life and you felt threatened by another person you wouldn't shoot. Kill or be killed.

Kind of same thing happened to my mate, his gun wouldn't pull out so he got frustrated and started walking along the top of hospital, as he started walking the gun finally started pulling out and because you can't stop walking whilst it is going into your hands he walked right off the top and killed himself.

Balota/Elektro is the way to go considering NWAF/NEAF gives nothing valuable that can not be obtained from a shoreline city.

I don't like first person so first person should be removed © someone in other thread. You all probably use brightness/gamma glitch, 3PP and so on but when you die to someone who has an advantage over you, you will cry about it because it's "unfair".

Why would you go back to battle-eye after seeing how much of a great job it did keeping cheaters out of the mod? I have already come across two cheaters today. Please invest in a better anti-cheat. I'm not saying there will never be cheaters, there always will be hackers/cheaters no matter what, but having battle-eye is not doing any good. This is what I'm expecting to happen after having an opinion about this terrible excuse for an anti-cheat.

I use MSi Afterburner purely because I don't like Fraps and it doesn't like me.

If I remember correctly there was an accidental ban wave of keys on an update. My group was luckily enough to be in that wave and was unbanned. But yeah, looking forward to BE's performance in SA. Already found two cheaters today, so, hopefully things pick up.

Yes. But I also remember BE banned more legit players than cheaters at one stage and not even half were unbanned. That's what I like about DayZ being on steam atm. I don't technically mean go down. By the way, for anyone who thinks otherwise, I am not fighting anyone nor am I trying to start a fight. Just to clarify this.

Hopefully. I found quite a few server owners cheating. Looking forward to seeing its performance in SA. I have found a couple cheaters recently so we'll see.

You were doing a pretty good job, wiping those tears away saying "calm down" continuously then raging again. Quite amazing.

1 - I know its issue wasn't not catching cheaters it was the purchase of Russian keys, but it still did a pretty terrible job at patching and updating. 2 - I don't even know who that is, I'm speaking on my own behalf from my experience with the mod.
