The debug monitor blocks the ear and eye icons on the right and it's awfully annoying. Is there any way to move the debug monitor? EDIT: Nevermind, found another post talking about it. I searched for this question before, but for some reason I couldn't open the topic at that time.

Please provide screenshots if possible: Lower frames in towns/cities. Its not COMPLETELY terrible in towns, but it definitely shouldn't be dropping like it is. Goes down to like 20 fps in towns, and 10-15 fps in cities. I sadly can't help you, as I have terrible frames too, but I'm starting that this games optimization hates AMD cards. A lot of the weird FPS issues people have in this game occur with AMD cards, thanks I'm guessing to how horribly optimized Dayz/Arma (my fps issues really only occur in Dayz also, which is weird)

Bumping again cause I still get pretty much the same frames in cities. Done everything said in this thread (well besides buying a new graphics card..)

Alright, I changed the Video Memory option or whatever to default and that helped a little bit. Any options I should set in the control panel for my graphics card? Please help

Bumping because I severely want help. Here are the things I've done, 1. set launch options 2. set the in-game options to what everyone says to set them to for the best performance 3. Changed config options outside of game (the ArmaA2OA cfg file and the Arma2 profile file) 4. Updated video card drivers 5. Cleaned computer 6. Ran game booster while playing 7. Found a good server in game (any server with a little bit higher ping will make my fps drop down ridiculously. I'll get 10-25 fps just in the forest. I'm pretty sure this is just a server issue though as people have said) I know this shouldn't be happening. My friends with worse rigs than mine get a higher, constant fps than I do. It isn't my connection either (http://www.speedtest.../2061915497.png). What the hell do I have to do?

My problem My problem isn't with Arma, its with Dayz. I pretty much get a constant 50+ fps in Arma 2, but in Dayz my frames can get terrible. Edit: Also I've done pretty much all of those things listed there.

Don't mean to bump, and I don't know if the main problem was resolved or anything.. but I was getting pretty much the same frames as OP earlier (10-20 fps). I have a better CPU than OP too, and in some places I'd get even LOWER than 10 fps. I decided to switch servers then, and magically back up to 45-50 fps. So thank you whoever suggested that. Edit: Just tried joining another server with 35 ping instead of the previous server's 20 ping. Went down to 35-40 fps.

Doesn't help, still covers the icons. Won't help you anyways. Said there was no way to fix in the thread.
