    My server has been down for well over 2 weeks now, no one able to play, sent a support ticket on the 18th October and had a reply the next day saying i would be fixed up in a few mins, it didnt get fixed, replied on the 22nd asking what if anything had been done as I could see no visible changes, got a reply the next day saying you would look into it on the 24th, two days later no reply and nothing seems to have happened to my server. only posting this here as I think people considering getting a server from these guys should understand issues people have been having. my first month I could not really say anything bad about the host, the server was stable did not need to be restarted often and never had and latency issues but the past few weeks have been abit of a nightmare that I am considering not to renew after this month is up.
