Yesterday, on an SG500 server, I logged in at a forest location between Stary and Nary Sobor. A hacker with a ghillie was in front walking towards me.I have read of them spawning next to you and kill you. So I shot him with my AS50. Nothing. He never responded back. Then I aimed again, shot him, nothing. Did not die. I said screw it, I aborted. Did not want to lose 24 days of pure bliss on a hacker.

27 days then I and about 30 of us started falling from the sky, all at one location by grain tanks in Cherno. Now, I am on my 18th. day, fully geared and going in circles way outside the big cities, just having fun raiding camps and increasing my zombie count.

In Thailand. We can hook up. Been lone wolf for 3 months now and it kinda sucks. I get good pings off SG servers.

I would, but I do not have an nvg. Based in Thailand, and use SG often. Low pings.

I have seen videos where people are watching a player appear before them. They might see you as your screen says setup completed. I always log off by a tree or brush, as another poster commented. When being hacked, I have successfully come back with all gear but maybe a broken bone or bleeding, by disconnecting the router. Data does not yet reach the main server if you do that. Twice now, I have been falling in mid air with all the server players (this week it was at BRA1)... all of us falling down at Cherno (I was at Stary), falling on each other. Just as I was about to hit the ground, I disconnected the power and I was ok when I logged back on. I only do that when hackers fuck with me. :thumbsup:

The point is, why hide it in a popular travelling area. I found two tents on the hill behind Balota. And one, near an open field, between Balota and Cherno. Like, everyone travels that way. Not much of an m107 fan, but thanks for it anyway, and the big bagpack and the gps.

Hi all. I searched the forum high and low but I am sure I missed something. The rolling update link that Rocket has for .24 is of course linked to "latest" file, which is .25. I read that within dayzcommander it allows you to rollback. I cannot for the life of me find that setting, nor searching google for the .24 files. Tired of spawning back at the beach after closing the game "legally". Thanks!!!

I give up. Keep spawning at the coast with all my gear. Fed up of walking up north only to end up on the coast again. 3 times today. No alt f4.

So why start this topic if everyone has to go to fucking reddit to get updates? Why not close the forum in its totality and go to reddit?

Extremely frustrating. 27 days alive, great gear, no murders. Even playing through all the bugs in 1725, i still enjoyed the game. I started running towards Stary, then some strange message came up. I saw folks being killed, I alt-f4. Came back online to another server and was freefalling from god knows where and died. ggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Sorry, have to vent.

Day 25 and in the hills at Stary. Updated to latest beta and patch. Spawned at Cherno. WTF? Yes, artifacts at hospital and tents. All gear intact, thank god. I wonder if the 50 testers are actually testing? Did they not get artifacts at the usual locations?

If you look at the right side of your screen, you will see a white broken bone. You need morphine.

On 7th. day, found a heli just south of Stary. Had a choice of the dmr with two clips or the mk48 with no box. Took the dmr. Got a 9msd in the backpack and a pdw as secondary. Mixture of clips for the pdw, no pdw rounds, though. Map, matches, killed a boar, NO gps or nvg. Never have found nvgs. Unable to walk into town due to the gfx glitches. 3 days now.

Rocket, I am extremely frustrated with this new algorithm implemented in 1724 re the alt-f4. Twice now, stuck 5 times at a loading screen. I am forced to alt-f4. Twice been sent back to the beach from the middle of the map. This is ridiculous. Somehow, somewhere, the code must reflect the player either stuck at a screen (therefore, no data is being transmitted?) and reflect actual play data. Thank you for reading.
