If they nuke your base by running it over with a vehicle, on server restart it will be there... but if they blow it up with say... satchel charges? will not be there.

Myself and two of my friends found their clan base at the top of a hill, we infiltrated it and destroyed the tents and looted the clan mates. 3 minutes later the server goes down, all the clan members are back in the server and the server is refusing the connection so you can not rejoin.
