As far as I know if the game is running and you are on a server your food and water is running down. Not something have tried though.

Yep, you would have to reinstall it again :(

Hello mate, welcome to Dayz. :) If you play on a private hive the progress made is only on that server. Epoch, Overwatch and other stuff are not necessary unless you want to play on a server that runs them :)

Hello mate, Try starting Arma 2 and OA up, as if you were going to play single player or MP. Wont need to start a game or join a server just get them to the main menu screen. it creates some folders on start up for each game. Hope this helps. Good luck out there.

Hello man, You're right, hackers suck. I'm with you 100% on that. However, I don't think the Dayz team would risk the possible income generated by Standalone DayZ VS the small amount of money made by these hacker sites. More people play fair than cheat.

Lots of ppl are having this problem. Not just Dayz players. Hang tight brother, we just have to wait. :(
