General ETA on Priv. Server Setup?

So, I have battleye set to ping kick at 800 ping in beserver.cfg, yet BE is still deciding to kick me for having 300+ Ping. This is particularly annoying as the players on my server are mostly AUS/EU based, and are continually being kicked regardless of settings. Just wondering if anyone else has ever had this issue, will post more info if asked for.

Typical server admin, throwing out bans in an irrational fear that everyone is cheating. You can just kick people who access the dedicated server control, you know that, right?
