Anti-Material rifles should be removed, but keep sniper rifles like the .308's. I agree the rarity should increase.

Most of the bugs are clearly out of Rocket's control since it predates Day Z to the original Arma 2 experience. He's doing his best to add and iron out existing bugs (note: each time he adds more features, the limitation of the Arma 2 engine automatically creates new bugs; it's the nature of it and we must accept that it's not perfect). The good thing is that the Arma 2 engine is flexible enough to be modded entirely AND the fact that Rocket moved his work to Bohemia HQ signifies that he has the Coder support he needs and that this game is well underway. Relax OP, it's only been a few months since it's initial release. In fact most games, we don't have the chance to experience it's alpha and beta phase before buying.

Heh yup the only trick is to have 2 sets of food and water. Unfortunately I had only 1 set and I didn't make it :P Lost my DMR and M1911. However for your inspiration, after I respawned I found a M14 and a G17c and found a ghillie suit from a heli crash site, so don't feel down if you lose your stuff.

The problem is your CPU clock is low. Overclock it to 3.2ghz at least to accommodate the OC GPU speed and to prevent a bottleneck.

With 1GB of Vram from a low end GPU running at 1080p at max settings with an non optimized engine, your computer won't be able to run it at max.

Wait until 1.7.2.5, the second time you put on a Ghillie suit you will either fall through the map or spawn in the debug zone the next time you log back in.

You'll still have it but it's glitched. when I logged in to my ghillie character he was invisible and in 1st person the ghillie didn't show but a different skin. I'm not logging back in order to reduce the risk of losing my gear. I would wait until patch 1.7.2.5 when they fix it.
