Hey guys, I am in a bit of a predicament here. I bought ARMA 2 on a shared account to play DayZ. A few weeks ago my brilliant brother decided to try hacking on this account. I discover a few days later that this account had received a global ban. Since the Steam sale had the game discounted I decided to purchase the game again on my separate account. However, when I try to launch DayZ from this account I still receive the global ban message. Before I purchased and Installed I made sure to uninstall through steam and delete any remaining files I saw under steam/steamapps/common. ' If anyone has any helpful advise as to what I should try next please leave a comment and detailed instructions on how to do this. I am only moderately computer savvy.

I have tried every trick in the book and I believe tonight I have finally solved the issue *knock on wood*. For some strange reason my battleye issues were tied to my player profile. I fixed this by simply changing my player profile to one that I had previously used. You can do this in the Main Menu, selecting the Player tab. If you do not already have an additional profile create one and see if this helps. Keep in mind that many factors may be affecting your battleye even down to your ADSL setting on the router or modem that you use. This fix may or may not work for you but after attempting every possible fix it seems to have made my game work again. Please refer to my Bohemia Interactive post to see the list of fixes that I have attempted and try all of those if this does not fix your issues. Battleye Issue in ARMA II DayZ Mod - Not Responding Hey, I know this issue is common among many ARMA II DayZ members. Every game I see about 5 people kicked every hour for Battleye issues. I have played other games that use Battleye that do not encounter the number of issues that I see on ARMA II and OA. Here is my issues. Every server I join whether Hive supported or not I am kicked every 2-5 minutes for Battleye not responding. The possible fixes for this that I have tried are as follows: 1) Reinstall the DayZ Mod (manually and through DayZ Commander), 2) Validate Files through Steam, 3) Reinstall/Update Battleye (manually), 4) Reinstall ARMA II/OA, 5) Update router firmware, 6) on the modem change ADSL Settings/Multiplexing Method from VC-Based to LLC-Based (was already on LLC, tried switching to VC but issue persists) I have tried everything that Battleye recommends as well as every independent recommended fixes that I have yet to see. I know that some people say that you need to replace your router/modem after changing the Multiplexing Method, but since I run other games that use Battleye and they work without issues I really don't think this is the issue. If anyone has anything that I can try to fix this problem or any knowlege as to if this will be fixed in the 1.7.2.6 update please let all of us know.

HELP! I am completely router stupid. I have a Netgear N600 router and am trying to find the LLC or VC MUX under settings. Either I don't know what I am looking at or it isnt there. Can someone please tell me where to go to find these settings?

Hey man, I am 20 as well and I have had the same issue trying to find mature players to survive with.
