well 1.7.2.1 is in testing right now with adjusted aggro it sounds like it will be closer to how it was before.

A post going on and on about how you love the game and basically don't want the fact that your "indie" lovefest has a lot of new players. None of it makes sense. If people get past the frustration of initially playing and seeing that this game doesn't hold hands and they stick with the game. They seem to end up loving the game which is why you have so many new players. Of course people will make suggestions all the time cause alot of people think they know better. Just visit a MMO forum for proof of that. The difference here is there really isnt pressure because of stockholders to try to please the crowd. So not a issue at all.

Again you seem to just pull out points you CAN argue. A bunch of replies and you choose this one. Everyone wiped at every new patch is dumb cause you know what you technically are testing? Early game. If you want early game tested and ironed out to death and late game all jacked up go play SWTOR.

You know what most snipers in this game have in common? They use pretty much the same damn sniper spots. Elektro? Try looking on your map for Dobbryy. Stary? Look at the building area with the rusted car. Come on think on your own man. Everyone pretty much snipes at the same spots in this game it isnt rocket science.

Uhhh no he didnt say it like that. First he said he doesn't want to punish banditry that was like the first question he answered. He said that if you have a problem with snipers killing noobs to get a group together and do something about it. He also said that they need to provide you with more tools to help you do that. He didn't refer to bandits as assholes. Stay exact and stop trying to imply he has a problem with people camping elektro with snipers cause he doesn't. Just because you don't have those additional tools not to do that doesn't mean you AREN'T capable of doing it. I have been playing for like 3 weeks and I have probably been sniped like 3 times total. If a friend needs to hit up NW airfield me with my sniper and another friend go and cover him while he loots. We only ask for mags for our current guns thats it. It feels good to help him even if we see no action sometimes. I have a DMR he (had) l85. It seems your one of those people that wants to team up with strangers and group and get the experience of teaming with new people. Like a LFG tool or something. This is realistic. If the world as we know it is more hostile because of more hostile players then so be it. Maybe one day it won't be as hostile because thats not the current environment. Thats what makes the game great. I have 2 DMR's a CZ550 and a M107 and I haven't killed a single person with anyone yet. Stop trying to clump all snipers as people clumping in elektro to kill new players. I like the weapons and loot. Think of every server as connected and the environment now is more shoot first ask questions later. The world will evolve possibly and with new additions might change that mindset but it will take time. Anyway if you like MineZ play MineZ.

WTF are you saying. You are alone on this I'm sorry most people here understand how the game is played and why it plays the way it does. People have told you many times Rockets intentions for the game. You still try to argue your point of making DayZ easier/user friendly. Im sure the bugs will get ironed out. Most people I have talked to now seem to just lose there camo/ghillie but keep there items. I really don't care to much for the ghillie/camo I can find another later I just don't want to lose my items to it.

Uhhh most people know this genius. Asking people to not be frustrated losing items even though its alpha is a waste of time. [/quote'] NVG's are kinda useless anyway. You can just turn your video and visibility and Gamma setting to max and the only parts that are hard to see is when your in a heavy forest area but its still pretty visible. My server is always on night when most people in the states are on day time so I've played alot at night and only time its hard to see is when its raining heavy. People would still just up there visual settings basically nvg's right now aren't really that great as is.

Noticing some instances where Zombies seem to be stuck and just stay in one position not moving just making noises wont even aggro no matter how close you are. Seen it at 2 helicopter crash sites and also just outside a town. In town the zombies where moving like normal.

Is someone able to confirm if you log out and log back in that you just lose the ghillie or is it a myriad of possibilities like water swimming in the ground, losing items, or invisibility?

it wasnt removed on purpose it was a accident because of new anti-hacking features. There will be a fix but you probably lost the gun. This thread is just for people to complain cause they are to lazy to Click on Rockets profile and read all his recent posts saying the reason why some guns are gone.

I've been reading around the forums people saying that they logged off and logged in another server and there ghillie is gone but they can see themselves in 3rd person again and are not invisible to other players. Also someone else said they just logged off and logged back in and ghillie is gone. Anyone can confirm?
