Omg Im so tired of this bullshit DayZ community. "Hey guys, this is clearly wrong we need to fix this a little". Response: "Haha lolol fuck you idiot that will not be realistic, go play cod bf3" People are so obses with this "realism" that they become stupid as fuck. If this keep up, we will be playing DayZ on a treadmill with plastic guns and real pepsi/beans. -

Guys how do I know how many slots does a weapon/tent/gear take in my backpack? Im always scared to put something in my backpack because maybe there are not enough slots and it will be deleted.

People are scared that melee weapos will turn this game into hack and slash. HA! Now imagine this: Bug fixed, lags fixed, animations fixed, death animations fixed. Zeds run, walk, hit perfectly. Result: Can kill zeds very fast, the faster reaction the better (because there are no lags or glitches). With enough ammo you can do anything because glitchy kills are not a problem anymore. Isn't that "hack and slash" ? And you people are afarid of melee. Please. I would like to see someone kill 1v5 zeds with a knife in this game.

No. Character is linked to your game and if you create a new profile it doesn't start a new character.

Had the same error. You probably installed ArmA 2 and ArmA 2 OA in different folders. If you did, just copy-paste OA into arma 2

Ahahah omg people are you that stupid? You think you will find a baseball bat and go take the server? First of all I would like to see someone kill about 5 zeds with melee when the attack you at the same time. Second, melee is not an unlimited resource because durability can be added and weapon will eventually brake. This game needs melee a lot. ArmA is considered to be a simulator and why the hell can't you use a knife for a stealth kill to not attract the horde? It's not even that easy sometimes to sneak to a zed's back. I don't see why all the panic about OP melee is about.

Hah! It's so funny to me that people think if some knife or a goddamn stick will be added then the game will be hack and slash. What about durability guys? Don't you think about that? And when you knife is broken, well, fist fight with smallest amount of damage. I think that would be very reasonable.
