    Package roll-out to various file servers.

    You need to stop the server and edit the server.cfg version variables.

    The update was in the panels earlier than 7 and a half hours. We wanted to test it before rolling it out.

    Sounds like a routing issue. I can't fix that. If you can't read the knowledge base articles to set the max ping properly that is not our problem.

    Australia has problems with the packages, HFB don't even offer Australian servers, nor have they ever. We've offered to move you to Seattle and give you a 50% discount. Australia is not a reflection on the rest of the network. We even gave you a refund.

    We are no longer offering DayZ servers in Australia, other games are still available however.

    The Package deal allows you to switch between Chernarus and Lingor with two clicks in about 20 seconds via the panel.

    The time zone changer can only be set once as it reads from a database for the private hive servers. This service has only been released for 36 hours and we are working on integrating a tool to run a database query, it does not read local server time like normal DayZ. Lee is calling you on the phone now. Delete your be_server_active.cfg in the cfgdayz/battleye directory as noted in the knowledge base article on vilayer.com

    You will lose everything as it does not communicate with the DayZ hive on this package.

    This is a DayZ hive issue.

    BEC is a glorified chat logger, the only neat feature is the ability to do scheduled chat announcements. I doubt these will even work properly due to how the time changer works.

    You can pretty much do what you'd like with it and it has most of the general problems fixed.

    We're about to announce something you may have been considering. I know we've gotten quite a few requests for this over the last month or so. It has taken us dozens of hours to get this working properly and in an automated fashion. I won't spoil it just yet.

    The only time it will stop the server without an email is after 3 failed restarts, I have enabled this now.

    The control panel only stops servers when they are in violation of the rules, check your email.

    The billing system hiccups have been resolved as of a few days ago in case anyone is wondering.

    This happens when you update the server while it is still installing. Reply to your ticket with a screenshot of the invoice for me.

    You need to rent a dedicated server as BEC is an external program which needs to run alongside the server executable.
