Do you guys have your private servers up and running yet? If so or not, how much would they be running for price-wise?

Like I said I don't play DayZ anymore but good to know all you guys do is just sit on top of buildings and snipe thats all. Real pro, maybe you should actually go different places and fight instead of sniping like you are good. Anyone can camp and snipe, try actually doing operation of clearing each building as a team. As for hacked weapons, anyone can have one, because I found two tents on a random US server with AS50 thermals, holding a hacked weapon doesn't mean they are hacked in. I don't see Batman hacking in this video, I don't see any ZH members being kicked, I don't see any ZH members dying. I hate to break this to you, but 6-8 kicks in your video is not much, we regularly get 40 people on in a day. Also any spawned in vehicles disappear after restarts, in case you didn't know this. Also the grass/tree is not allowed, that was changed in the update to 1.7.2.5. FYI Helicopters rarely spawn on my servers. Apparently that was the very first one we actually found that is legit. Any complaints about the kicking can be put into server reporting, let Rocket deal with it, but I highly doubt they will do anything. All they are focused on is the standalone game. Even if they blacklist our server, I have two other servers, plus our very own private one.

Also, I never signed an agreement or acknowledged to this agreement, my hoster never said I had to abide by these rules anyways. Also, even if I did abide by these rules, I don't see Rocket and his team doing anything about these hackers. They aren't putting their money into our servers, why must I abide by these rules? Sure they created the mod, but not the game itself. I should only abide by ARMA II's server rules right? Sure if you post a ban appeal, I will look at it, and see what you did. They have no way of un-banning anyone from my server. Since admins have CONTROL of the server. All they can do is blacklist my server, if they do that then I will just get a refund from my hoster. Easy as that. And if you have proof of one of our members hacking post it please, why wouldn't you? You are suppose to report hackers aren't you? In this video I need proof that it is him, such as an in-game tag? We do have people who put ZH tag in their name as well. Even in-game voice proof would be good as well.

We put money into the servers DayZ staff doesn't. Those rules don't apply. They need to make their own game for this reason, which they are. Just saying. If they want control, they need to put up their own servers. Yes they can blacklist your server, big woop, just get a new server. Or make your own its very easy. Battle eye said there would be no more hackers with 96061, well that was proven wrong. Now they seem to have more scripts/hacks then ever. Amazing right? My servers get about 10-20 script kiddes/hackers a day. Guess what, DayZ staff want me to do nothing about it without reporting it? I already have about 600-800 Bans already in my list. And they want me to report every single one? There are, however, ways of combating hackers without breaking the rules Shut the server down IMMEDIATELY - This will most likely end up in a Hive rollback and any users who died will most likely get their gear back. THIS IS NOT FOOLPROOF. IT DOES NOT WORK ALL THE TIME. Social Engineering - Befriend the hacker. Get them on your side. Do your research. Look on Hack sites. Sign up for forums and learn how they hack. Don't sit on the DayZ Forums and gripe about how hackers are a huge problem and there's nothing that we can do about them. So letting the hackers have their way in the server is a better idea? So you are technically supporting hackers? So what do you suggest instead of kicking people? WE BOUGHT THE SERVER! ITS OURS! Not Rockets, its his "software". Its FREE! Not paid for. If he wants to rule on the matter, then have HIM pay for his own SERVERS! Let the owners of the server rule what happens in a server. He isn't putting money to any of our servers so why should he have a say. So kicking clan members that we don't recognize as a clan is another mistake?

Hacked skins aren't really hacked. Its very simple to get them you just place a picture in a folder and done. Easy as that. :)

Ya 27 seems normal, I get it from everyone in my 3 servers. I usually look for 147 or something like that and others ones that aren't common. The most common ones I see are 55, 54, and 27 usually. But be sure to rename the log every now and then before it gets too big to even want to bother looking thru. I check mine at least once a day maybe twice if I am not too busy. But also be sure to check out hacking websites such as *** for people who post scripts so you know what to look for and to put in your scripts.txt file to prevent it.

Use some admin tools, Like this. I have used that to catch many teleporting scripters. Also check your script.log, it tells you who has been scripting as well. Some scripts just happen tho like 55 or 54 and I see 27 a lot. But I ban for ones I have seen on hacking websites. So visit some hacking websites to find out what scripts hackers use now a days, so you know what to look for. :P

Yes it was a hacker. It was my server. I dealt with it. Thanks for the heads up tho. And technically I read you are suppose to shut down your server after an attack like that. :/

I would go with vilayer.com. I host 2/3 of my servers with them. Only had to open two tickets, but after that I have had no problem with them. :) Its a decent price and they are reliable.

Yes, this has happened to me before, after a couple of restarts it got fixed.

He copied it from scripts.log file. I have gotten the same thing script wise.

Not really reporting anyone, just trying to figure out what I can do about this or someone to explain this. So I was going through one of my server's script logs and found this, and this goes on for a while. Not sure how to find out who is doing it and what exactly it does except make people say "I alt f4 like a *************". o.o

There are absolutely no vehicles or tents on one of the Servers I run, I used an admin tool just to verify if there were any vehicles on the server. My group's base is basically gone, the vehicles we had, the tents we put down, even my own base tents are completely gone. I am not sure if this is a hoster problem, the only file I messed with was the Battle eye ping limit one. Need more info, let me know.

I mean like tents that are already setup.

Hello, I am the owner of US 1088, and I know I set the ping limit at least to 400. Which in my opinion is very generous for EU players and anyone else with a high ping. But it may be bugged to some extent, I will look further into it. Sorry for any inconvenience.
