ArmA Crashes whenever I try and join a server...

OK, so I am having a problem with DayZ not working at all after I just updated. I can get on one server and as I try to load it, it pops up and says that ArmA2OA has crashed. I try another server and it says Bad Version... My friend just linked me to this page for increasing my frame rates and after i did the launch path it doesnt work at all. I don't know what to do. I failed to keep my old path saved somewhere. Also, this shows up when it crashes... I am getting stuck at the Wait for Host screen for over 2 hours on every server I try and get on. Is there a way to get back a version so I can play that version? If so, how?

Thank you. I assume that I just need to download the latest of everything on the /old/ page and I would be ok to play again, correct?

Now, this could be one of those "duh" questions, but when I looked up "Infection" on the DayZWiki, it said that infections drop your health to 6000. http://dayzwiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=Antibiotics Does that mean that it will go slow until 6k or will drop to 6k and then you die faster?

If you hit 6k and then eat or get blood transfusion can you re-heal or do you lose health again?
