And here it comes - The lame 3rd person shooters. But well, everyone can choose the options.

Hardest is best, all options off. I know most people play 3rd person, but it's lame to peek around corners without beeing visible to others. EDIT// And regular server restarts should be announced. Player death's should be shown global, but no global chat.

The vehicle will stay on the server, even if YOU save it and leave the game, that's why you need a good hiding spot. The gear inside the vehicle will stay inside the vehicle, even after server restart when saved properly. The damage on your vehicle will be still there even after server restart, ATV's will be unflipped and bicycles repair itself when you "Get out" and "Get in Old Bike Driver Seat" again. Vehicles don't despawn fast at all, it takes days until...

Because a player who's worth good gear would play out the situation like a boss. Same issue like Logout on PvP, with a timer this won't be doable anymore. -

BUMP for solution //EDIT Changing the ATOC option in Video Options from Tree + Grass to Disable greatly improves performance by zooming. It might look worse, but now i can scope much better.

Something gotta be wrong here. This happends to a buddy with high end computer and me with a good computer, way good enough to run arma 2. Zooming in (right click hold), sniping or using binoculars results in spikey laggs / low fps, //EDIT Changing the ATOC option in Video Options from Tree + Grass to Disable greatly improves performance by zooming. It might look worse, but now i can scope much better.
