yep this is where going csi ends up with just utter bs pouring out for te sake of it. keep the game fun and lets not turn it into a crafting nightmare . 2 worries i have about the game . 1 is i have a feeling soon ill get a pair of shoes then take them apart to make new shoes a rifle and a rowing boat. keep that crafting simplish and not go full retard on it. 2nd one is and the biggest reason i dont fire up dayz as much as i used to is admin tools and standalone. as long as admins cant abuse tools or see live where people are in standalone ill buy it instantly ! i do harp on about that alot but the amount of people who do it is joke and nearly as bad as the rampant hacks in public. funny thing is people will say just join a private server then you get the legit hacking of admins :lol: would be nice to hear on the tools and if they will be used in standalone. fingers crossed they arent. also before a legit admin comes in now to defend his honor step back have ten seconds and breathe i dont mean you i mean the lows that do abuse tools that are in game and i do understand there legit uses. ;)

haha is it only me who laughs a little if server admins have the same server tools to abuse and basically do what the mod is trying to stop and has plagued dayz since the start ? admin logs in checks where everyne is gives himself anything he wants . oh wait we stopped long range esp hacks :lol: what about admins !!! stop the toools letting admins see where you are live ! giving themselves gear and basically making themselves god. there is no point in stopping cheats then leaving other options for legit cheating.

animation is normally always better and looks better if done right. instant switch is good for actually playing though and in fast action last tihng you want is waiting for the animation like some of the arma 2 current animations. so....id say id actually prefer for gameplay reasons instant. whether its more console or not . people arguing console reasons are on a loss for a start as it will come out on consoles at some point and mechincs will cater for that anyway. another idea would be maybe urgency could be filtered in . so imagine i need to chop would there is no reason to whip a axe out instantly as its not life threatening. where as say 50 zombies are attacking me this is a urgent life threatening event which does need the quick swop over. maybe making a field around you that knows if its a zombie or pvp linked to speed of axe swop over man i went deep !

making games and selling them is like politics . most is word play. once you mess up your word play then its a game of words. which has what has happened with the release of this mythical beast.

there is no point in making bandits standout. if i was killing people in real life im hardly going to wear a snow suit am i . i understand its a game and it kinda helps new players but tbh noone should standout at all regardless of there game choices.

well it has been mentioned 21st for gamescon they will be playing alpha so until then twiddle thumbs must be anticlockwise or dayz turn into weeks .

reddit whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. well well see this next month whats happening for sure. there was said to be a playable alpha at gamescon on 21st of august. lets see how that goes. so love this game but every week of no news just a little more love goes from my belly for dayz. i have a gut feeling it wont be until october for halloween tie in now but i just hope it isnt that long as gaming is pretty shite at moment with console dogshit filling up every gaming pidgeon hole. waits for more reddit news :( hate reddit its like a place for uncool people to post news where nobody who is cool goes to read then people link back to popular places to get the news across :o .
