what makes me wonder about bigger than 50 man server is the actual cost ! servers for that kinda of number would cost you alot of money a month and need seriously high spec boxes. i think you wont see many even when the game does support them as you talking possible 150-250 dollars a month to run a 150 man server.

which is a big suite of server tools for controlling hmm.....please say you cant watch people live on these tools when available ! rocket,devs will players be live on these tools?

in a game i play alot theHunter we have steadier aim and can aim easier as you use whatever weapon more. maybe with melee as you reach certain kill amount or wounds your abilities with melee becomes better. as you say a little quicker or more stronger more precise. if you watch walking dead watch the people now and they take down zombies very accurately now like nothing . clean one hit strikes. only thing with levelling type systems is they can become grinds and the one thing i do like about dayz is i like to do what i want .

the price needs to be reasonable. matt said many moons ago in a video it would be like 18 euro. i would pay upto 15 pounds english any more than that sorry it aint being brought. not for alpha and how long some of BI games take to get sorted out. arma 2 took like 3 or 4 year to get rightish some of the issues are still there now. arma 3 exactly the same i wont even play that mess.

clothes immaterial things come last KOS first then look what they have . what does it matter it they have green shoes i have blue? for eg. -
3 hrs is standard on busy 50 man servers or every time a admin needs to give himself gear and helis :lol:

why would you take a hostage? no point baggage risk of escape then problaly steal your gear or kill you anyway ! so my KOS rule stays in place :lol: -
and why do they often go independant ? so if the game goes bust or down it doesnt effect the main company ;)

i pulled it from what dayz mod uses as a minimum and what rocket has said is the SA minimum they are very similar fps serverside values so it should be very similar fps for people playing. basically arma suffers from terrible optimization you know this i do everyone does ! that doesnt mean that the games arent good its just they are not the most friendly pc games performance wise. im hoping im totally wrong but when you have a uber spec pc running at 20 fps on a not great graphically looking game because it hasnt been optimized well i cant see how anyone can get annoyed when someone mentions it. minimums of 30 are okay and hopefully 60 avg but less than 30 minimums is not acceptable especially when on alot more intense better engines you can run at alot higher fps. i look forward to the release and good luck on the launch ;)

you do if the server doesnt lag ;) from these figures it will be similar to arma 2 mod of dayz ! so if the server chugs you do regardless of how powerful your pc is.

its okay just looked and basically for those that want to know the fps for players like us will be around the exact same as the mod of arma 2 dayz . so maybe as low as 20 in big cities as usual. was hoping it would be more optimized i guess not.

so how has he come to the minimums then? or lets put it this way , what does arma 2 get in comparision ? does that have 15 fps minimums ? if its the same its not optimized if its worse thats took some doing . so please enlighten me to comparison to arma 2/arma 3 and serverside comparison fps. then ill know exactly what fps to expect.
